1 MULTI-PURPOSE SPORT FLOORING SYSTEMS

2 System Advantages Best quality from a single source. Point elastic Comply with EN and DIN Maximum slip resistance Optimal ball bounce Excellent bond strength and filling capacity High resistance to all weather conditions Flexible & Seamless Long term maintenance Easy to mix and apply Wide range of standard colors HATKO Polyurethane Sport Flooring Systems specially designed for multi-purpose indoor and outdoor sport facilities with point elastic&area elastic properties. The system consists of a shock absorbent SBR rubber based prefabricated mat or in-situ base layer combination with a flexible high performance polyurethane self coat and wear resistant seamless monolithic final coat. EASY MAINTENANCE Polyurethane sports floorings can be repaired easily. ENVIRONMENTAL CARE HATKO offers LOW emissions polyurethane systems. Do not contain aldehyde. FIRE CLASSIFICATION HATKO specially developed flame retardent materials for all sports floorings. DESIGN HATKO offers multicolor decorative surfaces for seamless sports floorings. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE Hatko provides safety sports systems that easy on player s joints to minimise the risk of injury.. High level performance in any environment

3 7 systems to suit with the performances required Meets DIN and EN All materials are specially formulated polymer resin based high-tech polyurethane components manufactured by HATKO. International standards POLYURETHANE MULTI-USE INDOOR SYSTEM COMPONENTS 1. CONCRETE (Applied primer optionally) one-component, moisture curing polyurethane primer. 2. HATKO PU ADHESIVE two-component, solvent free, high mechanic resistance polyurethane adhesive for bonding any kinds of rubber base products on to concrete/asphalt. 3. HATKO RUBBER MAT»» Prefabricated rubber mat is made of all SBR recycled rubber granules bound with one component polyurethane binder and a final constant thickness regarding to usage aime.»» Standard rubber mat thickness depends on project. 4. HATKO SEAL COAT two-component, solvent free, thixotropic polyurethane based sealer to infill the gaps smoothly. 5. HATKO SELF COAT two-component, solvent free, preferably pigmented, flexible, self-leveling polyurethane coat. Self coat is applied in different 2 layers over the rubber mat to get a homogenous monolithic surface. 6. HATKO WEAR COAT two-component, abrasion and slip resistant, polyurethane based top coat layer. Colors are variable as RAL color chart. 7. HATKO LINE PAINT two-component, wear resistant polyurethane line paint. SYSTEM THICKNESSES 7 mm (5+2 mm) - 8 mm ( 6+2 mm) - 10 mm ( 8+2 mm) - 12 mm ( 10+2 mm) - 13 mm ( 10+3 mm) POLYURETHANE MULTI-USE OUTDOOR SYSTEM COMPONENTS 1. HATKO PU PRIMER one-component, moisture curing polyurethane primer for concrete/asphalt subfloors. 2. HATKO IN-SITU RUBBER BASE Hatko provides safety sports systems that easy on player s joints to minimise the risk of injury. 3. HATKO SEAL COAT two-component, solvent free, thixotropic polyurethane based sealer to infill the gaps properly. 4. HATKO SELF COAT two-component, solvent free, highly elastic self-leveling polyurethane coat. Self coat is applied in different 2 layers to get the maximum force reduction with desired thickness. SYSTEM THICKNESSES 13 mm (10+3 mm) - 15 mm (12+3 mm) 5. HATKO WEAR COAT two-component, UV and weather resistant, aliphatic polyurethane based top coat layer. Colors are variable as RAL color chart. 6. HATKO LINE PAINT two-component, wear resistant polyurethane line paint.

4 High shock absorption bringing comfort and safety. HATKO warrants HIGH QUALITY Polyurethane system maintains and prolong the use of your court. QUALITY ASSURANCE & WARRANTY All system component parts must be supplied by HATKO. The flooring contractor/installer must be approved by HATKO. All guidelines such as installation, maintenance, cleaning and others should be applied carefully This warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, winds, floods, chemicals, or other abuse, or by failure of other contractors This warranty also excludes damage to floors due to ordinary wear and tear, faulty construction of the building (other then the flooring contractor), separation of the concrete slab underlying the floor, settlement of the walls, or use of unapproved cleaners or sealers on the floor. 5 Excellent wear, impact and static loads resistance INSTALLATION Subfloors should be dry, clean, flat and free of any kind of cracks, gaps, chemicals, dirt, oil, paint, and any material that will adversely affect the chemicals. If subfloor is concrete, it should be minimum 30 days old with maximum 5 % moisture inside. Polyurethane primer should be applied as a moisture barrier then rubber base layer should be applied as a prefabricated mat or in-situ. Thoroughly mix two-component seal coat. Apply seal coat on to rubber base mat with a flat shape steel trowel to fill all the gaps on surface. To make a smooth prior surface before self leveling application, sand the ups, and fill the downs as needed. Thoroughly mix two-component self leveling coat and apply mixed material using recommended rubber squeegee. Polyurethane self coat must be applied gently within two different layers to create a seamless monolithic surface. Thoroughly mix two-component polyurethane wear coat. Apply wear coat material with a satin paint roller or airless spray. Allow wear coat to dry before applying final game lines. MAINTENANCE Extend service life and functional characteristics of Polyurethane Sport Flooring depend on usage and maintenance. Upon completion of floor installation, the owners or individuals are responsible for all care maintenance are followed in mentioned guidelines. If failure to follow care and maintenance guidelines that voids warranty. HANDLING&STORAGE The materials must be stored at clean, free dust and dry area by keeping away from direct sunlight. The safe atmosphere conditions should be at a range of minimum 15 ºC and maximum 35 ºC with 65% relative humidity. Ideal installation and storage conditions are 23 ºC and 55% relative humidity. The components should be kept according to the application log in storage area. Do not do over loading on the packages more than two layers. HEALTH&SAFE A. Flooring system has a very Low VOC (TVOC 0,230mg/m 2 /hr) B. Comply with requirements of athletic flooring material suppliers. C. Inspect all MSDS requirements for materials. Protect all persons from exposure to hazardous materials and take personal precautions. D. The coating systems are fully recyclable. Take personal precautions Personal Cautions Wear protective gloves Wear protective goggles Adequate ventilation should be provided
