MODULE LEARNING OUTCOMES The TAR UC module delivers to the appropriate level as follows: By engaging successfully with this module a student will be able to: LO Ref Outcome 1 Measure quantities for architectural works. Write comprehensive work descriptions specifications for architectural works. 3 Produce structured Bills of Quantities for architectural works. Compile prime cost provisional sums. 5 Demonstrate competency in using computer software in preparing the Bills of Quantities for architectural works ASSESSMENT SUITABILITY Assessment is by (0%) examination (0%). The module assessment is aligned to the module aims learning outcomes. The module assessment is suitable in terms of relevance, level, challenge alignment to learning outcomes. COMMENTS REGARDING INDICATIVE CONTENT The module scope includes description writing, specification writing the application of a Stard Method of Measurement for finishes to floors, walls, ceilings, staircases, roofs, railings, balustrades, roof coverings including rainwater goods, doors windows.
