The equipment will save you from carrying buckets around, and ensures fast application with a uniform coating quality. The PlastCoat PC 15 This is the first compact plaster spraying unit for interior and exterior use. Textured plasters up to 4 mm grain size, filler compounds and even bonded thermal insulation systems can be applied using the PC 15. 3 Interior and exterior plaster spraying with the PlastCoat PC 15 The features of the PlastCoat PC 15 Material valve (1) Air feed (3) Extraction rollers for plastic sacks The PC 15 is a new plaster spraying unit for all textured plasters up to 4 mm grain size, filler compounds and even bonded thermal insulation systems. Its high grade stainless steel hopper will hold 60 litres of ready-to-spray material Electric switch (2) A world first: The automatic spray lance Sliding lid to rest plastic sacks on The unit is a lightweight design and can be assembled without tools Smooth control of the material flow rate from 0 to 11 litres per minute is possible A hose length of up to 30 m gives a large radius of action An interface for container operations is included The automatic spray lance is especially easy to use and allows the user to regulate all the main function of the equipment, directly from his place of work: The PC 15 is switched on automatically when the material valve (1) is opened. The electric switch (2) takes care of this When the material valve (1) is closed the PC 15 is switched off automatically Material hose package with air hose and control cable The air feed (3) can also be regulated directly on the spray lance When the spraying process is ended the PC 15 is switched off with the electric switch (2). This depressurises the material hose and closes the material feed Due to this depressurisation the wear on the pump and the ball valve is minimal The automatic spray lance controls all the main functions of the equipment Soft starting is easily possible for the next spraying run Switch is absolutely watertight and not susceptible to dirt

4 PlastCoat PC 15 for applying larger quantities of material The mobile mini-silo for small to medium sized building firms: T 25 K flow-line mixer + push on hopper with a total capacity of 250 kg = a surface coverage of about 70 m 2 Dry probe: measures the level in the material hopper The combination of the PC 15 and the T 25 K Flow-line mixer is ideal for the application of larger quantities of material. The T 25 K mixes dry material and water and feeds ready mixed material to the plaster delivery equipment. Water pressure sensor: checks the water pressure during the mixing process T 25 K stands for communication with the following meaning: Not only automatic mixing and feed, but automatic control over the provision of dry material and water is also ensured by the dry probe and the water pressure sensor. In addition to this the wet probe installed in the plaster delivery equipment requests ready mixed material from the flow-line mixer. The T 25 K performs its work independently and signals automatically when the dry material needs to be topped up. The wet probe requests mixed material from the flow-line mixer

Application of the adhesive onto the insulation panels 1. Application of the adhesive onto the insulation panels You carry the bucket of adhesive up the scaffolding and then have to apply the adhesive onto the insulation panels with a trowel. This costs time and effort. 2. Application of the reinforcement layer You carry the bucket of reinforcement adhesive up the scaffolding and then have to apply the adhesive onto the insulation panels with a trowel. This once again costs time and effort. 3. Application of the top plaster You mix the material by hand and then have to carry it up the scaffolding. You then apply the plaster to the outside wall with a trowel. The material runs out. You then mix and apply several more times and this takes up a huge part of the working day, costing you time and effort. At the push of a button the supply unit transports the adhesive up onto the scaffolding. You apply the adhesive directly onto the insulation panels with a spray gun (release the gun trigger and the unit on the ground switches off automatically). A special adapter on the gun applies bonded thermal insulation adhesive in the spots / beads method. Durch die elektrostatische 2. A time saving of up to 30 % is achieved compared with hand-application, and depending on the material the equipment can deliver up to a height of 20 m, and a distance of 30 m.
