Basic details of the subject work are as detailed below. 1 Nature of work Civil & Tiles Work at 304, 3 rd floor of GNFC Info-Tower, Bodakdev, Gandhinagar Sarkhej Highway, Ahmedabad. 2 Tenure of the contract 30 Days 3 Validity of offer One month from the date of opening the tender. 1. Please submit your most competitive rates in Schedule of Rates enclosed herewith as Annexure-C in accordance and comply to the Scope of work and other terms attached herewith as Annexure-A. 2. GNFC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reasons thereof. 3. It is must to visit the side before quoting the rates to understand the exact work. Quotation without site visit shall not be considered. 4. Please provide the copy of GSTIN, PAN Number and Address detail. 5. 2 ANNEXURE A Scope of Work & other terms 1. The quantity shown in schedule of rates is approximately. it may be varies as per the requirement of the company. The proposed scheme Drwg. is attached herewith with this bid document. 2. The bidder has to fill unit rate in schedule of rate for all the line items. 3. The material like Vitrified Tiles and Ceramic Tiles will be supplied by GNFC Ltd. 4. It is advisable that bidder should visit the site before quoting the rates to understand the exact requirement. 5. The bidder shall obtain Employee s Compensation Policy in respect of the manpower to be deployed for carrying out job as mentioned in scope of work. 6. The bidder shall not employ any contract labour whose age is below 18 years. 7. The bidder shall provide safety appliances / articles / equipments at his own cost to his labours. 8. Any loss or damage to the property or equipment/tools and tackles of the COMPANY due to deliberate or negligence on your part will be fully recovered from you. 9. The material supplied should be in accordance to the specification mentioned in the BOQ if any in contractor scope. 10. All the safety precautions and standard are to be followed for subject work.

3 ANNEXURE B GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS : TERMS OF PAYMENT : % Payment shall be released within 30 days on satisfactory completion of work & acceptance of the same by (n)code Solutions on submission of invoice with service report. DISQUALIFICATION* 1. Any Party / Vendor/ Supplier/ Contractor having raised any dispute / litigation /Arbitration against / with the Company or having any past history of legal dispute with the company or any existing legal dispute going on in any court of law by or against the Company, shall be liable to be disqualified from bidding/participating in the present tender OR any fresh/ amended tender inquiry that may be issued by the Company." 2. The bidder shall be disqualified if; a. The bidder had made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachment submitted in proof of qualification requirements and/or. b. A record of poor performance such as abandoning the work, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failures etc. c. The Bidder has been blacklisted by any Government/ Non Government / Private agencies/organizations/ Institutions/Government undertakings and funding Agencies in the last 05 years. d. The bidder should provide accurate information on litigation and/ or arbitration resulting from contract completed or under execution by him over the last five years. A consistent history of arbitration awards/ judgments against the applicant or any partner of a joint venture may result in disqualification for proposed work. If the details of litigation history is hidden by the applicant and later on it comes to knowledge of the employer the bidder shall be disqualified for the proposed work and other appropriate actions shall be taken against the bidder. 3. The bidder, whose contracts are earlier terminated on account of poor performance in GNFC / (n)code works, will not be eligible for this tender. 4. The bidders are to quote their rates based on the actual market scenario. Any rates which are found to be abnormal higher/lower or unworkable shall lead to rejection of the bid. The decision of the GNFC shall be final and legally binding to allthe bidder.

4 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES: 1. All disputes or difference(s) whatsoever which shall at any time arise between the parties hereto touching or concerning the works or the execution or maintenance thereof of this Contract or the rights touching or concerning the works or the execution or maintenance thereof of this Contract of the construction meaning operation or effect thereof or to the rights, liabilities of the parties or arising out of or in relation thereto whether during or after completion of the Contract or whether before or after determination, foreclosure or breach of the Contract, shall be referred by the disputing Party, in writing to the other Party, within 30 days of occurrence of such event, to resolve any such dispute or difference. 2. If such dispute mentioned above is not resolved amicably by direct informal negotiation,within a period of 30 days, then such dispute/ difference shall be referred to the panel of Executive Director Technical and Executive Director Finance of GNFC, whose decision shall be final and binding on both the Parties. The panel of Executive Directors shall give its decision within a period of 90 days from the date of reference of such dispute to the panel. 3. If the Panel of Executive Directors fails to give its decision within the prescribed period, such disputes shall be referred to arbitration by serving an Arbitration Notice, as per provisions of clause below Arbitration.

5 ARBITRATION: 1. For the purposes of this Arbitration Clause, the Managing Director, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. shall be the Appointing Authority. 2. If any Party serves an Arbitration Notice in respect of any dispute to the Appointing Authority, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ( Act ) and all statutory amendments, modifications thereof and the rules made there under, or any other corresponding law for the time being in force, by the Sole Arbitrator to be appointed as hereinafter provided. Within 30 days of receipt of Arbitration Notice, the Appointing Authority shall appoint the Sole Arbitrator, who shall be a retired employee of GNFC, not below the rank of General Manager and who shall be qualified to be appointed as an Arbitrator under the law in force at the relevant time. The provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996 and all statutory enactments and modifications thereof and the rules made there under shall apply to all such arbitrations. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and the venue and seat of the Arbitration proceedings shall be at Bharuch and the Courts at Bharuch shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The governing substantive law shall be Indian laws.

Fixing of 4" skirting made from 605mm x 605mm vitrified tiles flushed with the finished wall surface with a groove between the wall and the skirting tiles with the help of the cement sand mortar in a ratio of 1:4. 7 Laying of Ceramic Tiles on floor and wall of toilet, pantry & Wall of storage, pattern as per detailed drawings on up to 25 mm to 50 mm thick bed of cement sand mortar in a ratio of 1 : 6 for floor and 1:4 for wall, including surface preparation, applying neat cement float, giving necessary slopes, cleaning joints and grouting them in neat white cement paste with pigmented additives to match shade of the tile. Etc complete. Cost should be inclusive of cement screed in case the bedding thickness increases beyond 25 mm, it should also include the cost of hacking the existing IPS Floor. Providing and constructing Block masonry work ( 600 X 200 X 150 mm) at all levels in cement mortar 1:4 using standard size and of thickness as given below, including all scaffolding, staging, curing, raking of joints for all lifts etc. complete and as directed. Rate shall include providing R.C. Binder in mix proportion 1:2:4, 75mm thick reinforced with 2 nos. of 8 mm dia, RCC binders to be at every 1 meter interval from floor level, including cost of reinforcement and formwork, scaffolding, all labour, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed, proper cover blocks for reinforcement and all other incidental charges etc., all complete and as directed. Providing cement plaster of 12 mm - 15 mm thick in a single coat of cement sand mortar in a ratio of 1 : 4 to concrete and masonry surfaces in all positions including of hacking of RCC/ wall surfaces, preparing surface before applying plaster, proper curing, scaffolding, etc. complete. The rate to be inclusive of providing and fixing GI chicken mesh at the junction of RCC and masonry works with nails, etc. scrapping of surface for plastering. Water Proofing (Toilet floor & 600mm ht in walls ) using Fosroc, Pidilite or equivalent water proofing material. The quantity of material for mixing will be as per manufacturer specification. Sq. For block masonary work all materials like block, cement (Ambuja, UltraTech or equivalent) and sand are in contractor scope including transport and brought at 3rd floor of GNFC INFO TOWER. 3. Lift is available for material lifting at Ground floor to 3 rd floor. 4. Vitrified tiles, Ceramic tiles will be supplied by GNFC as a free issue material.
