3 Extremely hard wearing anti slip nosings and treads Manufactured from aluminium alloy with Carbigrip tread infilling Visuline Carbigrip aluminium stair noisng gives the perfect combination of anti slip and durability. Once cured in the host profile, the finished product is a single entity with no possibility for water ingress making them ideal for external applications and for internal wet environments. The Modular Range With just four nosing profiles, one flat tread and one ramp edge to choose from, the modular range is easily configured to fit most requirements. Profiles can be installed separately or in combination to provide as much or as little step cover as is required. 4 Heavy duty stair nosings and treads HD Visuline s Ecoglo HD is designed to create a highly visible step edge to reduce falls and enhance speed in all situations whether light, dark or dimly lit. The right angled aluminium step nosing is fitted onto the edge of the step to create an aesthetically pleasing edge. The photoluminescent strip is visible for many hours after the lights go out, having been charged from sunlight or artificial light. The anti slip mat provides all weather protection from slips and falls. With their UV resistance the products can be installed indoors and out. All products have been tested fro durability in the lab and in real life installations. They can be relied upon to work in a range of environments for years and years. The photoluminescent strip is activated by natural or artificial light then emits a steady glow guiding people safely up steps and through passages in all conditions. The combination of the photoluminescent strip and the anti slip mat provides superior step edge definition whether you are fully lit, dim or completely dark environment. When people are confident of where the edge of the step is and in what direction to travel, movement is faster and easier. 5 Photoluminescent step edge contrast strips The Visuline Ecoglo is designed to create a highly visible step edge to reduce falls and enhance speed in all situations whether light, dark or dimly lit. The photoluminescent strip is visible for many hours after the lights go out, having been charged from sunlight or artificial light. The anti slip strip provides all weather protection from slips and falls. The Visul Ecoglo can be used on a range of substrates such as concrete, timber, tiles, vinyl, steel and checker plate. It can be easily glued into place. It can also be mechanically fixed by drilling through the non slip area as suited to the location. Using less aluminium than with full nosing, the Visul Egoglo is the high performance product to include in any cost effective solution. 6 GRP stair tread covers EASI TRED Visuline Easi Tred covers are a convenient way to provide solid slip resistant footing for existing treads that are still structurally sound. Stair tread covers may be installed over wood, concrete or metal treads. Standard industrial colour is dark grey with a highly visible safety yellow nosing and light grey for architectural applications. An integral aluminium oxide grit top surface provides secure footing for maximum safety and a highly durable tread. Reinforced with a woven glass mat for durability and impact resistance, these tread covers come in 205mm, 230mm, 255mm, 280mm and 300mm widths. The standard thickness is 4mm available for heavy duty Applications. Standard 300mm long panels are easily cut to size during installation, or available pre cut to custom lengths. Photoluminescent Tread Covers: Visuline stair tread covers can be ordered with a special photoluminescent coating for the nosing area, causing it to glow even after the primary light source has been removed. The special nosing is perfect in stairways which serve as emergency exits during power outages, outdoor access ways where lighting is periodically dimmed as in arenas and concert halls or as a safety measure for nighttime operation in outdoor applications such as on passenger ships.
