About The First MicroFinance Bank Afghanistan: The First Microfinance Bank (FMFB-A) is part of the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM), which has programs in over 15 countries throughout the developing world. The First Microfinance Bank (FMFB-A) has a commercial banking license and started operations in Its prime objective in Afghanistan is to contribute to poverty alleviation and economic development though the provision of sustainable financial services to the poor and underserved. 2. The Project Consist of the Following: Branding & Decoration Fabrication of partition rooms Security upgrades Lighting, Wiring & Networking Wooden & Glass partitions Branding and Decoration: The final art designs of One Way Visions will be submitted from the bank marketing team to the supplier, printing; installation on the surface of 16mm Malaysian Lassani and 10 mm glass partitions is required. Proper installation of Math Finishes Stickers (Blue) to cover the staff tables, Hanging, Doors and other required Signs will be shared with supplier, proper installation and good quality material is necessary. Painting of all interior sections of the bank as per instruction of project manager, cutout bank logo, and polished material for teller counters with few other installations will be required. The suppliers must have good knowledge and prior experiences for the mentioned tasks. Fabrication: Brick works for making Bathrooms with complete installation, Safe Room with sufficient thickness of wall, APPF room, Searching room for female, IT room, Strong room and Stock. Plastering of all fabricated rooms and painting. Furthermore, the existing bathrooms and a brick wall removal will be part of fabrication tasks. Security Upgrades: Complete installations of sliding armored door for main entrance, armored door for IT room, armored door for Safe room, armored door for Stock, armored door for Emergency Exit and door for Strong room including frames and painting tasks are part of Security upgrades. Interested suppliers must have the prior experience for the mentioned tasks. Lighting, Wiring & Networking: Proper lighting of all interior section of the bank as well the corridor of the new branch, which includes wiring of sockets for Air conditioners, cabling for staff workstations, cabling into required parts of the branch. Internet port installation (Racks, Patch panels, cabling of network ports for required workstation and IO installation at the same level of floor tiles) are part of Lighting, Wiring and Networking tasks. Interested suppliers must have prior experience for the mentioned tasks. Wooden & Glass Partition: Glass partitions with Aluminum frames and wooden partitions are part of the project tasks, the suppliers must have prior experiences in installation of wooden and glass partitions. 3. Selection Criteria: The First MicroFinanceBank, Afghanistan invites quotations from reputed firms/contractors to procure materials and services for the branding, fabrication and setup of Khair Khana Branch located in Kabul city (First floor, Classic Building, First Part of Khair Khana Street, Kabul). Eligibility conditions are as follows: The firms must have experience in Fabrication and branding of local commercial banks. Availability and familiarity to the style of work, design, decoration and quality of management. Updated license of the company, copy of the company s president Tazkira and TIN certificate including their profile showing their experience in the required activities. Quotations must be valid for a period of thirty days (30) days from the closing date of the Request for Quotations. The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account FMFB-A will carry out inspection before delivery and after installation, in case of any deviation, it will be rejected without any kind compensation. Based on FMFB-A procurement procedure an exact five percent performance guarantee will be collected from the winning company prior signing the contract and will be released 4 months after completion of the project. References from previous projects, names and amount of the projects should be attached Proposed work breakdown structure techniques for the project completion. The bank has the right to accept/reject any quotation as per its procurement policy. Based on GoA policy, 2% Tax will be applicable on the companies that has valid license and 7% tax will be applicable on companies that have invalid business license Note: The proposals that does not contain all required documents will be excluded from the list

5 BILL OF MATERIALS AND REQUIRED SERVICES S. No Description Total SQM Teller Counter 4 Teller Counters made of Malaysian Lassani 16mm wood. Desks for 4 tellers with Malaysian Lassani 16mm with length of 1.2m and width of 0.6m, 4 drawers, and 1 wooden door including 100% Polyester painting. The counter length must cover the entire length of the Teller Area specified in the floor plan leaving 1.3m door for corridor and 1m door for entrance in teller counter. 1 Branding with FMFB cut-out plastic logo at the bottom part of teller counter with 10 mm blue frosted glass or plastic. 16mm Malaysian Lassani wood behind teller to cover the wall and Sticker will be pasted on Lassani wood. (sample to be approved by the bank) Digital lock for Head Teller`s room door. Four laser cut holes for each teller counter glass. Two Doors for one for corridor and one for counters. APPF Room: Fabrication of one (1) room with below dimension for APPF security guards Height: 3m, Length: 4m Width: 3m Metal works: Main Entrance Door: Installation of one standard bullet proof sliding metal door 6mm Russian steel should be the backside and 4mm Russian steel should the front side with handles, proper locking system, proper ball bearing system for making the door light weight and sliding view part to sea area outside before entrance. Dimension (1.3x2.3) m. Emergency Exit Doors: Installation of one metallic door, width 1.1m and height 2.2m back side should be 6mm Russian steel and front side should be 6mm with proper locking system, frame, and Handle from inside + painting and sliding view part to sea outside before excavation. Safe Room: Installation of one standard bullet proof metal door width 1.1m and height 2.2m back and front sides should be 6mm Russian steel with handles, proper locking system from inside and outside, frame and small window (0.5x0.6) m for fresh air is required in safe room. Strong room: Height: 2.7m, Length: 4.6m, Width: 2m with 6mm Russian and proper Painting. Heat insulation and non-corrosive material should be installed behind 6mm Russian steel inside strong room. The door from existing branch to be removed and installed in the new premises. IT Room: Installation of one metallic door, 1m width and height 2.2m. Back and front sides must be 4mm Russian steel, proper locking system and paint. Total break partition for IT room will be 3.5 cubic meter with plaster and proper paint job. Kitchen: Sink counter for dishes washing and drawers for keeping dishes including water mixer and pipe lines with installing sink for hand washing, one 50 Liter Boiler and the table should be covered by Marmar stone. Shelf (made of tiles) for keeping materials 6mx0.60m on the top of table with Turkish Lassani 16mm including one PVC door (1x2.2)m. Emergency light, Fire Alarm, smoke detector + Fire extinguisher (one item from each) is required to install.

6 6 Networking: Networking for Total 30 Users at New Branch Network Cable for 30 Units Network Cable for Server Room. 30 Units IO, 1 Unit Patch Panel 48 Port + 1 Unit Patch Panel 24 Port with 1 Box RJ 45. Rack for Networking with required 10mm Turkish Cable with complete installation inside IT room and connect to 3 Phase meter, Fire Resistance flooring, Fire Alarm, Smoke detector + Fire Extinguisher should be installed inside IT room properly. Note; 30/20 Users with their Network and electricity cables should be installed under Ceramic tiles properly inside covered trays and Network points with electricity socket should be in same level of floor tiles Lighting/Wiring: Lighting of all floor with 2.5 mm Iranian cable, 12-watt 60/60cm LED panel light, 60 pieces with switches. Wiring of 6/4mm Turkish cable for Ten (10) 24,000 BTU Air Conditioners. Fuses box for all the required lighting equipment and one (1) Change over box installation for changing the governmental electricity to Generator electricity with all requirements. Cabinet for Searching area : 1 wooden cabinet (16mm Lassani including paint job, small shelf for keeping the clients equipment s before entrance with below dimension (120 x 100) cm. Columns: Covering Eleven (11) columns with the depth of (40x40) and height of 300cm. The columns need to be covered with Malaysian Lassani 16mm row material, the wood crucks needs to be filled out and proper Blue Polyester Painting job is required. File Cabinet: Three (3) File Cabinet for Client Relationship, Saving, Account Officers, and Branch Assistant is required. The file cabinet must be prepared with Turkish high glass lassani wood. Proper shelf (the same sizes of files), Glass and proper finishing is required. Brick Partitions: Brickwork including plaster for making safe room, strong room, bathrooms for male and female, IT room, APPF room, searching room for females, partition for female loan officer s room and for some other required partitions. The partition s thicknesses will be different. The mortar combination should be (1+2+3) the plaster thickness should be at least 2.5cm. Backdrop: For Reception Desk made of Malaysian Lassani wood polished material, Center of backdrop will be 10 mm glass with length of 2.5m and height of 3m. Plastic cutout logo of the Bank (The FirstMicroFinance Bank) to be installed on the backdrop L: 3m, H: 3m Thickness: 20cm. Backdrop Sample picture 3 52 m3 12 Matte Finish Stickers: Installation of Matte finish stickers for 25 Turkish Lassani 16mm tables 110sqm With FMFB logo. 13 Blast Film: All the interior glasses of branch, which includes (Partitions, Windows, and Teller Counters to be Covered with shatterproof USA blast 165sqm film. 14 Paint job of all interior walls and new break partitions of branch 730sqm 15 False Ceiling Tiles: False ceiling tiles into all rooms and hall 380sqm False Ceiling Tiles, sample picture 4 16 False ceiling on the top of reception area with gypsum board, proper lighting and paint job. 9sqm 18 Hanging Signs: H: 50 cm, W: 20 cm, sticker pasted on foam board, hung with 7 metal chain (Silver). The final design will be shared with supplier for installations. 19 Door signs H: 10 cm, W: 30 cm, printed on 4mm Aluminum sheet engraved Glass Partitions: Glass partition including two (2) doors for Branch Manager and 45sqm Female Loan officer s rooms. All the glass partitions frames should be Aluminum made of Dubai. The thickness of glass must be 10mm. 21 One Way Vision: installation for all interior glass partition (BM office, Kitchen, and female loan officer s room). 45sqm 22 Table plates: Acrylic sheet, H: 8 cm, W: 30 cm Three Bathrooms: (white) width of 1.3m, length 2m with bricks and plaster + ceramic including PVC doors standard with four (4) sinks, mirror and four (4) exhaust fans, One (1) boiler of 50 lit (ARISTON). All Bathrooms and kitchen pipe of water needs to be connected in water tank on the roof. Note: There is a brick wall partition with length of 16m, needs to be removed, as well the existing Three (3) Bathrooms are in bad mood, need to be removed from the existing location. 11 3

7 One Way Vision: 24 Installation of one-way visions for all interior glass partition. Design will be prepared by FMFB-A Marketing and Branding Officer. 25 Vertical blind: Blue vertical blind installation to all interior windows of the branch. The below items to be installed inside the branch:. Fire Alarm (3) 26. Fire Extinguisher (4). Smoke Detector (5).
