1 DIRECTORATE OF ESTATE AND SERVICES KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES COMMISSION 3, Irla Road, Vile-Parle(West), Mumbai No. E&S/A.C./Purchase Modular Kitchan./18-19 Date: LIMITED TENDER NOTICE This office intends to purchase of Modular Kitchen & for carpentry work for Abhisek Row House No.02, Juhu, Versova, Andheri (West) Mumbai Therefore quotations are invited from the Government Registered Contractors, KVIC empanelled contractors, manufacturers for supply and installation of Modular Kitchen & other carpentry work. Kindly quote your price in the given prescribed format at Annexure A and send the same in sealed envelope to this office on or before Kindly go through the terms & conditions of the tender given below carefully before quoting the rates. 1 Cost of Tender Document 2 Duration of tender floating on KVIC website 3 Last date & Time for submission bids The tender documents can be down loaded from KVIC Websitewww.kvic.org.in. The cost of tender documents of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only ) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Chief Executive Officer, KVIC, Mumbai 56 may be submitted separately along with tender documents while submitting the bids to this office. Quotation not accompanying the cost of tender document shall not be considered for opening to upto 3.00PM upto 4.00 p.m. and will bid opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. on the above mentioned address. 4 Bid Security The Bidder shall submit Earnest Money Deposit in form of Demand Draft in favour Chief Executive Officer, KVIC, Mumbai 56 amounting to Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only ) payable at Mumbai, along with tender failing which, their tender shall not be considered for acceptance. The EMD submitted by unsuccessful

2 bidders shall be refunded on finalization of tender. EMD submitted by successful bidder shall be as standing security deposit after acceptance of tender and the same shall be released without any interest on issuing a certificate by the Director (E&S) on expiry of defect liability period of one year after completion of work. 5 Service A sum of 10% amount (which also includes security deposit) shall be kept for one year and Party should provide one year free maintenance service. 6 Experience The bidder shall have experience in modular kitchen and furniture work. 6 Completion period 1 week from the date of work order. 7 Payment Terms Payment will be made after completion of the work satisfactorily. 8 Period of Validity Quotation will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of the tender. 9 Others KVIC reserve the right to reject all or any offer without assigning any reasons. 10 Note The agency must enclose following documents with financial bid, 1. Tender fees DD of Rs.200/-, 2. EMD Demand Draft of Rs.5000/-, 3. Copy of the PAN card and GST Number (If available). 4. Experience certificate.
