1 Concrete Contractors Concrete Contractors are invited to join a list to complete small concrete projects within the City of Powell for the 2019 / 2020 concrete program. All contractors that wish to participate in the program must be registered contractors with the City of Powell. 2 270 North Clark Street Powell, Wyoming (307) FAX (307) Dear Concrete Contractor, Concrete work is in high demand and local contractors have varying schedules to meet those demands. Based on previous experience, the City has developed a program to meet its project needs. Attached is a concrete pricing sheet that the City hopes you will return with a price for each item. Once the City has the list back from each contractor that wishes to participate in the program, that pricing sheet will be used to determine who first on the list is contacted for a project or projects. Should that contractor be too busy to start the work needed within five working days, the next contractor based on pricing will be contacted. The City will continue down the list until a contractor is chosen. All projects started will be monitored for timely completion. All contractors that wish to participate in the program must be registered contractors with the City of Powell. We hope as City concrete projects arise and budgetary requirements allow we will be able to accomplish more replacement concrete projects by doing this. Please note that in the case of a large project that would fall within the scope of Wyoming Statute bid requirements that all concrete contractors would get a chance to bid upon the project. Item #1 Price per lineal foot of curb and gutter, Faced Type A, inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Also to include all required construction and expansion joints. Price per lineal foot $ Item #2 Price per lineal foot of curb and gutter, Rollover Type B, inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Also to include all required construction and expansion joints. Price per lineal foot $ Item #3 Price per each A.D.A. ramp inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Also to include all required construction / expansion joints and placing of City provided ADA tiles. Price per each A.D.A. ramp $ Item #4 Price per square foot of 6 thick valley gutter inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Valley gutter to include all required construction / expansion joints and wire mesh. (Typical Valley Gutter - Forty (40) feet by Eight (8) feet). Price per square foot $ Item #5 Price per lineal foot for single sided 4 thick sidewalks formed along curb inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up.
