Erection is to be carried out by using required capacity of crane only. Rates are inclusive of dragging / loading / unloading of same from site store to erection site. Erection of 66 KV CT /PT (All type make ) on its erected structure including complete dragging/loading/unloading of same with crane only from site store to erection site and fixing of required clamps, connectors as per instructions of Engineer in charge Erection of 66 KV LAs (All type/make) on its erected structure including complete dragging/loading/unloading of the same from site store to erection site and fixing of required clamps, connectors, corona rings, surge counter and other accessories etc. as per instructions of Engineer in charge. Erection of 66 KV Centre break / Double Break isolator (All make) with out earth blade on its erected structure consisting of 3 base channels with porcelain/solid core insulator including interconnected piping with operating mechanism and accessories with final adjustment for simultaneous operating & closing. The rates are inclusive of dragging / loading /unloading of the same from site store to erection site as per instructions of Engineer-incharge. 2 Erection of 15MVA, 66/11KV power transformer with complete mounting of all accessories like bushings, radiators, conservator tank etc. including cooling banks, pumps and laying of cable between all accessories mounted on the transformer and transformer marshalling KIOSK including vacuuming filling and filtration with high capacity vacuum pump and filtering the same with 5000 Litre/Hour capacity filter machine. Required capacity of high capacity vacuum pump and 5000 Litre/hour filter machine is to be arranged by the contractor. Erection of 10MVA, 66/11KV power transformer with complete mounting of all accessories like bushings, radiators, conservator tank etc. including cooling banks, pumps and laying of cable between all accessories mounted on the transformer and transformer marshalling KIOSK including vacuuming filling and filtration with high capacity vacuum pump and filtering the same with 5000 Litre/Hour capacity filter machine. Required capacity of high capacity vacuum pump and 5000 Litre/hour filter machine is to be arranged by the contractor. 15,10 MVA (3-Phase) Erection of 20MVA, 66/11KV power transformer with complete mounting of all accessories like bushings, radiators, conservator tank etc. including cooling banks, pumps and laying of cable between all accessories mounted on the transformer and transformer marshalling KIOSK including vacuuming filling and filtration with high capacity vacuum pump and filtering the same with 5000 Litre/Hour capacity filter machine. Required capacity of high capacity vacuum pump and 5000 Litre/hour filter machine is to be arranged by the contractor. 15,10 MVA (3-Phase) Preparing and fixing of required length of jumpers in the switchyard on respective Bus & equipments, tensioning & dressing of jumpers complete as per instructions of Engineer in charge ( Panther ) Installation of earthing strips as shown below including digging of 600 mm depth and 450 mm wide trench/fixing on structure as per attached drawing including fixing arrangement with two bolt arrangement, jointing with nutbolts and lap welding and applying zinc rich paint on added joints including supply of GI nuts & bolts as per specification ( 50 x 6 ) 5 No No No Rmt Single Conduc otr Mtr Seal & Signature of contractor Page 2 of 6

3 Installation of earthing pits as per drawing attached herewith by providing 100 mm inner diameter cast iron pipe of 13 mm thickness and 3000 mm length.work includes fabrication and fixing of GI strips for earthing connection as per drawing attached. Excavated earth pits should be filled by mixture of coke /charcoal, salt and sand up to top. Further this includes providing of Brick masonry chamber of size 450 mm x 450 mm and depth up to 1000 mm as per the instruction of engineer in charge including light type CI cover with frame and applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1 : 3 inside and to all the exposed faces up to 300 mm below. Foundation level, curing etc. complete. Extra earth should be removed away from the site S/S premises or refilling earthing pits if required.all required materials for this job such as C.I. pipe cover with frame, salt, cement, sand, charcoal gravel, bricks etc. to be supplied by the contractor. Required bolts, nuts and washers, number plates or painted plates also shall be arranged by the Contractor. Tentative quantity of salt and charcoal shall be 2.5 cu.m. Erection of 66 KV control panel relay panel or C/R panel or RTC panel including grouting of panel, jointing with adjoining panels including required fabrication for entry of control cables and complete vermin proofing. Job includes supply of required bolts, nuts etc. and shifting of panel from S/S site store to work site Laying of 1.1 KV PVC armored copper / aluminum cable inside hume pipe / cable trench including binding /clamping of cable with GI wire as per requirement including supply and fixing of identification tags on both ends and at distance every 100 mtrs for following size. 2C x 2.5 mm 2, 2 C x3.5 mm 2,4C x 2.5 mm 2,7 C x 2.5 mm2, 4C x 4 mm2 Copper control cable or any equivalent size of all LT cable Laying of 1.1 KV PVC armored copper / aluminum cable inside hume pipe / cable trench including binding /clamping of cable with GI wire as per requirement including supply and fixing of identification tags on both ends and at distance every 100 mtrs for following size. 12C x 2.5 mm, 12C x 4 mm 2, 12 C x 6mm 2,19 C x 2.5 mm2, 27C x 2.5 mm 2, Copper control cable, 3.5 C or 4 C x 10 mm 2, 70 mm2 aluminum armored or unarmored LT power cable Concreting of foundation by M15 mixture including shoring, shuttering, dewatering etc. for normal tower / tower with extension upto 21 mtr. (Rates are with cement) Providing and fixing of 32 mm G.I. pipe, bend, coupling etc. of class 'B' ISI brand for CT & PT,transformer M.K. Box cabling on structure, including required fabrication thereof and as per instruction of EIC. Termination of the control cable at panel M. K. Box, equipment including supply of required size of cables glands with nut, lugs, ferrules, PVC binding tap, dressing shaping of cable, drilling of hole in plates & including fixing of link etc as per instruction in charge 2 core to 7 core control cable of any size.. Termination of the control cable at panel M. K. IPS PIPE- ID 50 & OD 60.3 mm & 1800 mm length - 03 Nos. 2) Aluminum alloy TEE Connector suitable for 2 Inch. IPS Pipe on One side and Palm type connector on other side for Connection to Cable/ Transformer Jumper. As per Drg.No GETCO/E/ 06S-STD /STR- 028 Sheet 4 of 5-9 Nos. 3) 11KV Post Insulator having PCD of 127 mm - 12 No 4) Copper flexible jumpers of size 80X10X750 mm - 03 No 5) PI Support Clamps made from Aluminum alloy with 127mm PCD as per Drg. No GETCO/E/ 06S- STD /STR- 028 Sheet 3 of 5-6 Nos. Laying of any size of 11KV XLPE cable of any size including excavation of trench 300 mm vide and 600 mm deep including laying and filling up sand of 100 mm layer from bottom and bricks on three side of cable and refilling the trench with murrum/soil and ramming etc. required bricks, sand, power cable marker / C. I. /G. I. Plate etc will have to be supplied by the contractor. ( 66 KV Side ) 15 No Total Amount of Estimate NOTE : All erection work is to be carried out as per the manual of OEM[Original equipment manufacturer] and Instruction of engineer-in-charge. 2 All equipment erection charges are inclusive of shifting dragging handling of the respective equipment up to S/s erection site from its S/S site store. Contractor has to ensure safe shifting dragging erection of all equipments to comply with labour laws I.E Rules 3 etc. 4 All erection work includes erection insurance to be arranged by the contractor at his cost All the required tools and tackles like conductor, earth wire compression, jointing machine,cutting Machine, 5 welding set etc. are to be arranged by the contractor at his cost 6 The Grid earthing work is to be carried out as per Inst. Of Er. In charge. 7 The contractor has to carryout the work as per specification, instruction and direction of Er. in charge 8 All the required tools/tackle etc. to complete the job are to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Any damage to the existing cable trenches foundations walls, water pipe line etc. should be rectified by the 9 contractor at is own cost and should be made as per original The work is to be carried out in exist S/S. Personal insurance of labours, workers, supervisor etc.are to be obtained by the contractor at his own cost. Power supply for required fabrication work at site will be provided by the Gujarat Energy Trans. Corpo.Ltd. free of cost. All the materials to be supplied by the contractors should be comply with relevant IS and it should be got approved by EIC before use at site. Contractor have to provide required labour at his cost during testing and commissioning of equipments.
