Both products meet Green Guard standards with the Gold rating. Both products have same VOC s, same coverage s, same volume solids, same dry times and both have anti-microbial properties. I have listed the main differences between the both below. Harmony PM VOC 100% Acrylic Vinyl Acrylic Formaldehyde Reducing Technology n/a VOC/Odor Reducing Technology n/a Two Bases (Extra White/Deep) High Reflective, Extra White, Deep,Ultradeep,Real Red and Bright yellow. I feel based on this information these two products are very similar. Depending on the owners request I feel confident that both products will meet his requirements and expectations. The quality of the finish will be the same on the PM 200 as it would if you used Harmony you will not see a difference, depending of course on application. I do want to mention that because of the number of bases, the vinyl acrylic make up and my experience in the field, majority of my paint contractors prefer the PM product over the Harmony. Reason for this is ease of application, touch up quality and wide number of bases, allowing same product to be used throughout the entire project. Please feel free to call me with any questions.
