SHOULD DISCREPANCIES APPEAR AMONG THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTSOR BETWEEN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REQUEST AN INTERPRETATION FROM THE ARCHITECT BEFORE BIDDING. IF THE CONTRACTOR FAILS TO MAKE SUCH REQUESTS, IT IS PRESUMED THAT BOTH PROVISIONS WERE INCLUDED IN THE BID, AND THE ARCHITECT SHALL DETERMINE WHICH OF THE CONFLICTING REQUIREMENTS SHALL GOVERN.
