3 About Us Atlas Offshore Co. is a general contractor in oil & gas field mainly focusing on offshore activities. Our goal on all of our projects is to obtain our client s complete satisfaction by performing our work for the most competitive price, with the highest quality construction and within the schedule requirements. We take all steps necessary to ensure that these three goals are met at the end of each project. Project management is integrated to our overall service. 5 Work Shop / Storage Atlas Offshore Yard Location: Across First Tangak, Power plant road, Bushehr, Iran This yard is the workshop for various fabrication jobs as well as main storage place for all company equipment & machinery. 4

6 EPC Services Pipeline Engineering & Design Atlas Offshore provides the following pipeline engineering and design services: Feasibility studies Survey coordination/data collection Property identification Route selection and optimization Environmental studies, permitting, and compliance assurance Design of piping, crossings, compressors/pump/meter stations. Tank farm/terminals, and interconnections Material specification Operations procedures Project Management Project management activities including project planning, costing, scheduling, contracting and regulatory / third party interfacing. Procurement Material and equipment quotation, purchasing and expediting with full document operation, technical support and vendor inspection. 7 Diving Diving is an essential part of our activities. Diving by our highly qualified and experienced diving experts, including: Supporting exploration, installing pipelines for production and transportation completing sub sea facilities inspecting platform and pipelines Repairing and maintaining fixed platforms and pipelines Near end of cycle, salving and clearing sites. HSE HSE plays a key role in all our activities, therefore, in keeping with then company s mission to minimize the risk to all company, supplier and contractor personnel and the environment during all phases of a project, we shall: Ensure that the top management attaché the highest priority to maintaining sound HSE practice Ensure that HSE standards meet and, where possible, exceed all regulatory requirements. 26 Fabrication of tie-in spools Location: Khoram shahr, Iran Client: Iranian offshore Engineering and construction company (IOEC) Project Status: Completed Job summary: This project has been fabrication of 53 tie-in spools (71 parts) from 4 to 36 with various lengths up to 45 meter. Various stages if project included preparation of engineering documents and shop drawings, welding qualifications, fit up and welding pipe joints, NDT, protective coating and hydro testing of spools. 25

27 Interconnection of the new production plant with the existing one Location: Bahregan, Iran Client: Iranian Offshore Oil Company(IOOC) Project Status: Completed Job summary: This project covers the following scope of work: Fabrication/installation of 700 meters 4 carbon steel pipeline. Design, supply and installation of two vertical centrifugal pumps for sea water Fabrication/installation of 500 meters underground/ aboveground polyethylene waste water pipeline Design, supply and installation of two horizontal centrifugal pumps for fresh water Design and execution of storm water disposal system which is partly covered concrete channels and some is concrete pipes. 26

Project Status: Completed Job summary: Shore pulling preparation & assisting operations including preparation of site and installation of Equipment & assisting during shore pulling operation &Trenching that included Constructing a Berm for Excavation access from Land Fall Point to water level which was approx. 70 meter Long 27

29 South Pars Phases 6, 7 & 8 Offshore Projects Flooding of 4" MEG Pipeline Location: Asalooye Client: Statoil Hydro Project Status: Completed Job summary: This operation carried out in two phases: Phase 1 Flooding with treated water while the pipeline is ROV inspected to locate the point of break in the pipeline. Fluorescent dye facilitating locates the leaking point by ROV. Phase 2 Upon completion of repair of the pipeline, phase 2 started which includes flooding/preservation of the pipeline by chemically treated seawater followed by pressure test of the pipeline to ensure its integrity. 28
