9 Bonded has worked with the Belmont Arthur Avenue Development Corporation to solve many energy and comfort related issues. Present projects include the design and construction of a cogeneration plant in the Bronx that will provide on-site electric production, backup power, along with domestic hot water and cooling in an affordable rate senior housing facility.
