2 Innova Tile by S.Anselmo, introduces the terracotta ventilated façade system. is a double wall extruded engineered terracotta clay panel system with a central air space to increase insulating value and reduce weight. The upper and lower panel edges are designed and manufactured with continuous kerf to install the panels on the continuous horizontal grid hanging system GridWorxTM. panels are available in a variety of standard sizes with horizontal and vertical orientations. can be specified in 5 color groups with 15 clay colors and 15 standard glazes in smooth finish. Custom sizes, colors and finishes are available at additional cost and lead time.

3 The new terracotta panels are manufactured by InnovaTile by S.Anselmo, I t a l y s l e a d i n g m a n u f a c t u r e r o f t e r r a c o t t a c o n s t r u c t i o n m a t e r i a l s. B y using an extruded top and bottom continuous kerf detail engineered to fit the patented Gridworx façade anchoring system by Precision Wall Systems of Dallas, Texas. provides a safe and reliable mechanical interface and durable light weight installation. By using the proven Gridworx continuous horizontal anchor system, architects and specifiers can achieve high performance ventilated façades that meet the new ASHRAE 90.1 continuous insulation standard. The ability to use the same Gridworx hanging system to install both large and smaller format terracotta façade panels, and to combine terracotta with other materials such as calcium silicate, limestone and granite across an elevation, opens up a wide range of façade possibilities for creative designers. There is a versatile palette of 15 traditional and contemporary clays in addition to 15 standard and unlimited custom glazes. Innova Tile by S.Anselmo has sophisticated in-house extruding facilities to produce numerous precision standard modular formats that minimize waste and offer extensive design flexibility to the designer. Unlike most other terracotta cladding systems, does not require panels to be interlocked or lapped in any way. The Gridworx hanging system provides for a unique non-sequential installation with both sealed and ventilated façade joint options. The Gridworx hanging system is American made, engineered and warrantied. This means that the erection of a high performance -Gridworx façade is a simplistic, and straightforward procedure for the installation contractor and it enables those responsible for long term maintenance of the building to access the structure or systems behind any individual façade panel with ease.
