4 Our Profile TRI-M Mecano Metal de Mocambique is a fully Mozambican owned company. Established in 1994 with the primary objective of providing Mozambique high quality engineering and construction services. TRI-M s head office is situated in Matola (approximately 20km from capital Maputo) and operates in all Mozambican provinces. We provide solutions in mechanical engineering, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication, construction and merchandise, fuel storage and distribution systems, maintenance and civil construction. We also offer qualified artisans, clerical staff and labour for short or long term periods, temporary and permanent staff placing and, if required, around the clock service. Branch Office: Moatize

5 Our Profile TRI-M started as an engineering company, however over the years we have invested in the real estate market, and as a result of these investments, TRI-M Waves Lodge opened its doors in December In the pursuit of sustainable expansion and improvement of the services we offer to our clients in 2013 TRI-M Moatize was created, involving real estate developments as well as a secondary manufacturing department. 6 Our Services Steel and Aluminum fabrication & construction: - Welded structures; - Steel construction, steel plate structures; - Industrial piping; - Custom skid & pipelines fabrication; - Tank design, fabrication and installation. Fuel storage & distribution: - Complete design, fabrication and installation of fuel storage & distribution systems (including tanks, pipelines, armature, loading gantries and other structures). Material handling: - Warehouse with stock for own use as well as for sale (plates, profiles, fittings, other). Maintenance: - Tank rehabilitation and repairs; - Pipe repairs; - Equipment repairs.

7 Our Capabilities TRI-M owns in Matola a workshop of 1500m2 equipped with all tools and machines necessary to perform its services: - Welding (GMAW, FACAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW, OXIGAS); - Machining (drilling, milling, lathing/turning machines); - Plastic forming (press brake, rolling machines); - Cutting (guillotine, profile cutter); - Cranes (over crane at workshop 10t, truck mountain cranes (50t, 25t, 16t, 7t, 4t), tools and erection equipment); - Other (two TLBs, vibrator, compactors, concrete mixers). Storage & Steel merchandise: - Warehouse of 500m2 (plates, profiles (angles, channels, columns, fittings, other).
