1 Bill of Quantities PANDOMO TerrazzoBasic PANDOMO BG/BW TerrazzoBasic two layers on separating sheet or insulation General remarks Products used: The tenderer shall include with the offer technical data sheets and product data sheets for all the products used to produce the floor surface, including screeds, smoothing compounds, primers etc. If the quotation is submitted without technical data sheets, the bid will automatically be excluded from the tendering procedure and will not be considered. System products: All the products used must be procured from a manufacturer who guarantees compliance with the system. This includes impregnating agents, sealants and surface protectants. All materials used and installed must be standardised and approved, or else be shown to have a quality certification that is recognised in Germany, and they must be unused. Emissions from building materials used This project must meet high standards in terms of the environmental and sustainability aspects of the products used. All products used must comply with Emicode Class EC1Plus, having very low emissions, and must not contain any solvents. Approved certificates must be available to ensure the suitability of the products used. In addition, the products must be demonstrated to be sustainable according to the DGND standard. Fundamental principles: The offer, the services described in it and the execution of those services by the company carrying out the work shall comply with the generally accepted rules of best practice that apply in the country of execution, and with the latest version of all rules, regulations, European and national standards, requirements, guidelines, bulletins etc. The instructions for working with modern terrazzo systems, as defined by the generally accepted rules of best practice and the following DIN standards, which entered into force in 2007, shall apply: DIN in full DIN in full DIN only those parts dealing with colour and structure as well as factory-made workpieces. Requirements concerning the appearance and quality of the execution Cracks in the terrazzo will only be tolerated if the width of such cracks is less than 0.4 mm and there is no more than one crack per 100 m². Only cracks that are caused by the underlying structure of the building shall be exempt from this rule. In the case of composite structures, cracks due to shrinkage and craquelure cannot be ruled out. Additional quality criteria are described in the Bill of Quantities. The optical quality must meet the stated requirements. Cleaning and maintenance: The tenderer shall include with the offer cleaning and maintenance instructions as provided by the manufacturer of the flooring. These procedures must be adapted to the particular way in which the project is to be used. Item 09 Mix adhesive primer for PANDOMO TerrazzoBasic with PANDOMO BG binding agent and water to form a slurry, and apply to cement substrate (25 kg PANDOMO BG / PANDOMO BW: 6 l water).

4 Item 10 Apply PANDOMO TerrazzoBasic to a thickness of at least 25 mm, including all necessary edge strips on a suitable substrate, prepared according to the state of the art. Use PANDOMO BG/BW as a binding agent. Add natural stone aggregate from the region. Increased requirements apply with regard to the evenness of the surface, in accordance with DIN 18202, Tab. 3 Line 4. The finished surface must achieve a floor slip rating of R9 according to DIN EN 51131, and fulfil the fire class A2-S1 according to DIN EN and the emissions class EC1Plus according to Emicode.
