The intallation detail hown here are proven method of contruction, but they are not intended to cover all building requirement, deign or code. The detail may require change or reviion due to individual project condition. Intallation procedure hall be in accordance with the manufacturer printed intruction, detail or approved hop drawing. Intaller hould thoroughly familiarize themelve with all intruction prior to beginning the intallation proce. The deigner / i ntaller i reponible to enure the following: - That the detail here meet the particular building requirement. - Awarene of and allowance for expanion / c ontraction of the roof panel. - That adequate water tightne i maintained. - That a proper uniform ubtructure i ued to avoid panel ditortion and that the ubtructure meet neceary code requirement. - That all upporting member have been examined and are traight, level, and plumb. Tremco Inc. can provide all flahing and acceorie hown in the intallation drawing unle noted otherwie. Panel, flahing and trim hall be intalled true and in proper alignment with any expoed fatener equally paced for the bet appearance. Sealant hall be field applied on a clean, dry urface. Some field cutting and fitting of panel and flahing i to be expected and to be conidered a part of normal intallation work. Workmanhip hall be of the bet indutry tandard with intallation performed by experienced metal craftmen. Oil canning of metal panel i inherent in the product and i not a caue for rejection. Striated panel are recommended a they reduce the appearance of oil canning. Content of thi manual are ubject to change without notice. Then cut diagonally with metal hear a hown. 3. Place hemming tool over panel tab. 4. Bend down and under to 180 a hown. When the eave drip trim condition i ued, the panel length need to be 3/4 longer than panel ued for offet cleat condition. 9

Locate a clip approximately 6 down from tranition and attach panel. 2. Attach perimeter zee a hown. 3. Secure eave trim to perimeter zee. 4. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant on eave trim. 5. Locate offet cleat over tape ealant and faten to ubtructure. Pancake head fatener hould penetrate the ealant. 6. Locate a clip approximately 6 up from tranition. 7. Before attaching TremLock SL panel, field cut 1 1/2 off the leg of the panel and hem panel. Allow clearance for thermal movement. 13

Gutter Gutter Strap Offet Cleat 1 Roll Tape Sealant 1. Locate gutter and place a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant in gutter leg. 2. Locate a gutter trap at 2-0 on center. Place tape ealant on trap. 3. Locate offet cleat and faten through cleat, trap, ealant, gutter and into the ubtructure. 4. Intall panel. Allow clearance. Field cut 1 1/2 off leg of panel and hem panel. 5. Field bend gutter trap and attach to gutter with two (2) 43D pop rivet. 15

Start a TremLock SL panel on the wood or teel-line a hown. 2. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant under zee cloure before fatening. 3. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant over zee cloure before fatening rake trim. 4. Faten perimeter cleat per dimenion hown. Follow roof lope, and then attach rake trim. 16

Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant over zee cloure before fatening rake trim. 5. Faten perimeter cleat a hown. Follow roof lope, and then attach rake trim. 17

Intall panel with a clip approximately 1-0 downhill on each ide of the ridge or hip. 2. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant between the panel leg about 5 maximum down from centerline of ridge. 3. Field cut and attach zee cloure with two (2) #9-15 x 1 fatener through cloure, ealant, panel and into ubtructure. See detail for location dimenion. 4. Apply tube ealant to zee cloure and panel rib. 5. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant to top of Z cloure. 6. Attach ridge/hip trim to zee cloure with a 43D pop rivet on 6 center. 7. Lap ridge/hip trim with 1 roll tape ealant and pop rivet a hown. Lap away from the prevailing wind direction. Attach with 43D pop rivet 4 on center maximum. 18

Slide hi-ide trim over perimeter zee, before attaching to zee cloure. Place a run of 1 tape over zee cloure. 6. Attach hi-ide trim to zee cloure with 43D pop rivet on 0-6 center.

Field cut 1 1/2 off leg of panel and hem panel. Allow clearance for thermal movement. 21

Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant over zee cloure. 5. Faten tie-in trim to zee cloure with 43D pop rivet on 1-0 center. 6. Counter flahing and ealant a pecified. 22

Apply tube ealant to zee cloure and panel rib. 4. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant over zee cloure and faten trim to cloure with 43D pop rivet on 6 center. Ue tube ealant at cloure. 5. Fatener for attachment to parapet wall i not by Tremco Inc. 6. Counter flahing and ealant to parapet wall a pecified. 25

Apply tube ealant to zee cloure and panel rib. 4. Apply a continuou run of 1 roll tape ealant over zee cloure and faten trim to cloure with 43D pop rivet on 6 center. Ue tube ealant at cloure. 5. Fatener for attachment to wall ubtructure are not by Tremco Inc. 26

29 ROOF JACK INSTALLATION Dektite Tube Sealant Field cut hole a per note #2 1. Before cutting hole in heet, conider the bet poition to uit ize of Dektite elected. 2. Cut a neat hole with minimum clearance for pipe and intall pipe. 3. Rubber leeve hould be a watertight fit on pipe. If rubber ha to be cut, a neat hole 1/2 dia. le than outide pipe diameter hould be cut in Dektite. Ue a harp pair of cior and avoid nick. 4. Apply tube ealant to underide of bae and, uing water a lubricant, lide flahing along until it meet heet. 5. Hand pre Dektite bae on to heet, preing bae firmly to heet to avoid gap, progreively drill and faten to heet. Faten to panel with 1/4-14 x 7/8 LAPTEK ZAC Fatener. 27
