2 JB 2000 The JB 2000 relocatable partition wall is a modular, floorto-ceiling partition with a steel structure and panels in coated woodchip board, steel-clad plasterboard or glass in an aluminium frame. The design features clean right angles and door surrounds, recessed plinths and friezes and recessed vertical hollow joints. The JB 2000 relocatable partition wall can be used in all non-residential buildings and is ideal for creating layouts in office buildings. The partition has a limited number of parts so moving it takes a minimum of time and no specialised tools. A system partition offering the most technical solutions

3 FULL PARTITION - EI00 / EI30 / EI60 GLAZED PARTITION - EI00/EI30/EI60 PLAIN DOOR ASSEMBLY GLAZED ALUMINIUM DOOR ASSEMBLY * * The system features a continuous steel top and bottom profile, 50 mm as standard at the bottom and 40 mm at the top, finished with a durable powder coating. Partition panel options: 18 mm woodchip board with: melamine HPL wood veneer * Metal: 1mm powder coated steel + plasterboard Possible connection with woodchip board: 5 mm recessed joint The glazed partition consists of two window frame halves in extruded aluminium, each fitted with laminated or thoughened float glass mounted in a plastic glazing profile. The edge faces of the door leaf are fitted with solid hardwood side laths (meranti is standard). The door leaf is either 40 mm or 50 mm thick. The door leaf is placed in an aluminium or steel door frame with a rubber rebated profile. The standard hinge is a rounded hinge in brushed stainless steel with a height of 100 mm and 16 mm diameter knuckle. These door assemblies are available in full and standard heights with optional fanlight. Additional options include invisible hinges*, pivot hinges, an acoustically improved version, fire-resistant version, etc. *only in steel doorframe The door leaf consists of an aluminium frame (section 60 mm front side/75 mm hinged side) with centrally mounted glazing in 66.2 laminated safety glass. The door leaf is placed in an aluminium door frame with a rubber rebated profile. The door leaf is flush with the partition front or back, creating a stylish contemporary appearance. Because of the aluminium frame this door is acoustically superior to the fully glazed door assembly, with no loss of flexibility or aesthetics. Additional options include a built-in door closing device, drop seal, etc. The fire resistance with the EI30 and EI60 wall is achieved by a centrally located fire-resistant glazing, instead of 2 panels in the EI00 version. Depending on the selected fire resistance, the structure may change slightly, the view remains the same. A EI00 wall can be fitted with a venetian blind between the two window frames. 4 PLAIN SLIDING DOOR GLAZED SLIDING DOOR FULLY GLAZED DOOR ASSEMBLY DOOR ASSEMBLY ON FLOOR SPRING The JB 2000 plain sliding door slides into the partition. It's therefore not just an aesthetic option but also a spacesaving choice. The plain sliding door is only possible in a full partition module. The JB 2000 glazed partition can be fitted with a glazed sliding door. This slides into the partition. This offers the advantage that no space is lost as compared with the traditional systems in which the door slides in front of the partition. The fully glazed door assembly consists of a glazed door leaf in toughened safety glass and is 10 mm thick. The advantage of these doors is their transparency, but our glazed aluminium door assemblies are superior in terms of acoustic performance. Along with our door assemblies an edge trim is available. Whether or not completed with a door on a floor spring. This may be a glazed or plain door. The edge trim consists of an aluminium profile with a 25 mm or 50 mm section. 7 WHITEBOARD ACCESSORIES DECORATIVE GROOVES ACOUSTIC PERFORATION A whiteboard that connects seamlessly with the rest of the partition. Useful during a meeting or for hanging up documents, photos, etc. Maximum dimensions: 2900 mm x 1400 mm There are numerous accessories for the JB 2000 partition system, to give that little extra something to your office interior. Consult the JB 2000 accessories brochure to see the full range. Decorative grooves are used for acoustic or aesthetic reasons. There is an endless range of options. Grooves may be vertical or horizontal, with a depth of up to 5 mm, and either rectangular or V-shaped. Panels with acoustic perforation are available in wood or steel. For the performance of these different options, please consult the specifications. All certificates are available on request. Construction: Steel plate folded to size. 8 PRODUCT INFORMATION The standard module for this partition is 1200 mm. (Other modules available on request) PARTITION HEIGHT Partition height can be up to 3000 mm in one panel. Greater heights are available on request, always with a panal interruption. PARTITION THICKNESS The partition thickness is 100 mm. Ask for our sample card for the most recent range. REACTION TO FIRE The JB 2000 partition has a number of fire reaction certificates which are available on request. FIRE RESISTANCE The JB 2000 system is available with fire resistance class EI30 and EI60. Door assemblies are also available with fire resistance class EI30. Window assemblies are also available with fire resistance class EI30 and EI60.
