3 GATE PRODUCTS D & W Palisade Gates We also offer a wide range of purpose made and stock gates ranging from pedestrian access up to large plant vehicle access. All gates are available to match palisade fencing in all standard sizes, 1.8, 2.0, 2.1, 2.4 and 3.0 high. They also come complete with a sliding latch and lockable drop bolts, Hinge pins and eyebolts. Vertical bar gates Strong and durable, Vertical Welded Bar gates are able to withstand great impacts and are extremely resistant to vandalism. Aesthetically pleasing, it is the perfect product for securing and segregating public and private areas Bowtop gates A pleasing appearance to all areas where a lower security risk is perceived. we offer short lead times on this extremely high quality and popular gate and fencing. The lower heights offer a favourable solution in the segregation of children's playgrounds, parks, gardens, schools or areas that require demarcation. Car park barrier gates Barrier gates are the ideal solution if you need to control vehicle transit in public parking areas, car parks, private entrances, even when the traffic is heavy.

4 Weldmesh gates Weldmesh gates come in a range of single or double leaf. All these gates come standard with a lockable slide latch, and dropbolts also can be fitted with self closers, panic latches, magnetic locks and access control systems to suit your requirements. Gates come the same as the fencing, galvanised or polyester powder coated to a colour of your choice. In today s current market there are many different varieties of weldmesh (i.e. 358, 868 twin wire etc). We manufacture all our gates to suit any mesh system you may be using. Chain link gates Chain link mesh for fencing, woven from steel wire, is probably the most widely used and versatile of all fencing fabrics, available in a variety of wire gauges and mesh sizes to suit specific applications. Chain link fence is recommended for use for House Garden fronts and divisions, Children's Playgrounds, Playing Fields, Recreational Grounds, Tennis Courts and General Security. Locking mechanisms Apart from the standard slide latch locking system there are many other types of locks available, from high security Adams Rite to simple 5 lever dead locks. We also fully fit emergency push pads and Digilocks for those private access areas.

5 FENCING SYSTEMS Bowtop Fencing Our Bowtop decorative security fencing can be supplied in standard panels with matching gates, from stock or manufactured in non-standard lengths, raked or radiused panels to suit individual requirements. Our Bowtop is manufactured as a minimum to comply with BS1722 part 9 where applicable, it is available, hot dip Galvanized to BS EN 1461, polyester powder coated and in heights ranging from 450mm 2400mm. Gates in any width or height can be fabricated to suit all our bowtop designs. We also offer a Playspec design to meet the requirements of BS EN 1176, playground fencing equipment specification with the gaps not exceeding 89mm and free from any neck entrapments. Vertical Bar Fencing This is the Iron railing security fencing which provides a strong and aesthetically pleasing perimeter security fence, suitable for most requirements. Efficient manufacturing process ensures that this type security fencing is both long lasting and affordable. Specialist Fencing Systems Gateway Steel Fabrications has often come up against many different types of specialist fencing, usually when the architects working on a project feel a higher security is needed and are not happy with the standard designs around in the current market. With specialist fabricators and CAD design experts we are able to overcome any steel project possible.

6 PEDESTRIAN GUARD RAIL SYSTEMS Pedestrian guard rails are designed for the protection of Adults and Children at road side junctions and crossings. Pedestrian guard rails are also ideal as perimeter fences for running tracks and play areas. Standard panels are 2.0m long and fabricated from 50 x 30mm RHS frame with either 12mm or 16mm diameter infill bars set at 110mm centres. We fabricate many styles and varieties of guard rails and we also supply special pedestrian railings to individual requirements. Any information needed regarding these is available upon request. 8 RSJ & UNIVERSAL BEAMS Gateway steel fabrications specialise in RSJ Steel Beams, for both builders and the general public. Whether it is a single beam or an entire fabricated and erected frame, we can supply all of your structural steel. We supply all steel cut to size. Additionally we offer a full fabrication service to accommodate hole drilling, mitring and welding to your exact requirements. Universal Beam (UB) I shaped beams but can also be described as H shaped (steel RSJ) beam. Universal beams are always higher than their width. Sizes range from 127mm high 915mm high. Dimensions 1st dimensions is always the height 2nd Dimension is always the width 3rd dimension is always the weight in kilograms per metre. Universal beam / column (UC) It can also be described as I shaped beam or a H shaped beam. Sizes range from 100mm high 305mm high. Originally designed for usage as posts or columns, however today s current usage is more frequently in that of a conventional beam. This is mainly due to its reduced height and increased strength as a beam. Dimensions UC S come in standard sizes and its height and width are always the same. Parallel flange channel (PFC) Known as C beam Sizes range from 50mm high 400mm high. The old term used for PFC was RCS or rolled steel channel, this may still be requested.
