Description of Work/Items Accommodation Facility: The cost for all items below includes supplying of materials, making, installation, transportation, spare parts, accessories, auxiliary materials, relocation of any item comes under work such as electrical/ IT cables, ducts, security cameras, airconditioner sets, electrical fittings like switch and sockets etc. to any new location(s) guided by the UNOPS Engineer, removal of any existing structure that needs to be removed, reinstating of all under work and their surrounding areas after the work to their original states, all wildings works, hardware, glazing, wall paintings, door/windows paintings, antirust paintings of all nongalvanized steel surfaces followed by other coats of oilbased painting and any other needed works and materials to complete the job to the full satisfaction of UNOPS Engineer. Also the given costs for all concrete works includes supplying all materials and accessories, shuttering, reinforcing, curing, concrete mix, fixings, any builtin items etc. shown on the drawings, specifications or guided by UNOPS Engineer to complete the work General Items Relocation and reinstallation of existing network dish antenna to the new location shown on the drawing or guided by UNOPS Engineer. The cost includes all needed works and materials to the complete job and to full satisfaction of UNOPS Engineer. Reducing the width of the existing stair steps and landing located at the south side of the main building in order to make more space for the nearby road. This job to be done through cutting (sawcutting) the stair steps and landing. The cost includes cutting process, making the damaged surfaces good by applying cement plastering and reinstating of the area to match surroundings. UNOPS Engineer will approve the final job. Providing of new trench for the existing electrical cables. The trench will be about 00mm width and 00mm in depth. The job will be excavation, existing cables installation, laying of warning tape, and backfilling of the trench to 90% compaction. The location of job and trench alignment will be guided by UNOPS Engineer at the site. The cost includes all needed works, materials to full satisfaction of the UNOPS Engineer. PCC blocks (00x00x600mm), M00, for all the containers used in this contract. The containers to be about 500mm higher than the ground level. The cost includes all needed accessories to the complete job. Concrete CMU masonry walls under the four sides of all containers. The foundation for CMU masonry shall be leveled. The cost includes all needed work and materials. Cement plastering on the CMU masonry visible surfaces (as mentioned above). The cost includes all needed work and materials. The cost also includes painting (one coat of antirust followed by other coats of oilbased painting) to the satisfaction of UNOPS Engineer. This item includes steel framings, support, gussets, fasteners and other needed accessories and works for complete installation. No Removal of existing water pump and piping system from the well and reinstallation of new submersible Italian water inch pump with PVC water pipe (5mm dia), electrical cabling and pump control box installation. The cost includes all equipment, work, materials and accessories to complete job. LS.00 Making absorption layer at the floors of the septic tank and the pit by backfilling/compaction of the floor using 00mm boulders to the depth shown on the drawings. RCC M50 anywhere shown for the septic tank and pit structures. The cost includes all needed work phases/types/cycles and items used permanently/temporary to the RCC structures. The UNOPS Engineer will approve all jobs steps and the final job. Stone masonry for pit: Locally available stone subject to approval of UNOPS Engineer with cement mortar of M50, plus pointing. There will be certain holes to be put around the pit during masonry to allow filtration of liquids to the ground. The cost includes supplying of materials, work, curing, canalization pipe connection etc. and all needed works and materials to complete the pit. Cost for RCC cover for the pit not included here, and it covered under RCC M50 item above. The UNOPS Engineer will approve all the job. Water Tower Structure Construction of new water tower structure and 000 litter water tank with all needed water connection accessories between well and tower and between tower and main distribution manhole. There will be an over flow system on tank. The cost includes steel structure for tower, GI gauge 8 water storage tank, sandwich panel (insulated with 00mm glass wool) for walls and roof, water pipes and connections, valves, oil painting for all nongalvanized steel surfaces, and any other accessories, materials and works to complete a functional water tower. Canalization Plumbing Construction of canalization trench on ground level. The cost includes trench structure and plastering finishes, top PCC, filling and all other works and materials needed for complete trench that suits 8" or lesser diameter piping system. UNOPS Engineer will approve complete job. Construction of RCC Canalization Manholes. These are manhole made of RCC ring with internal diameters of 700mm, and 60mm wall thickness. See drawing for cover, filling and details of manhole. The cost includes pipe connections, sleeves, and all needed materials, work and accessories for complete job. UNOPS Engineer will approve the job for payment. Supply and installation of 6 inch PVC pipe class B for canalization network. The network slope will be approved by UNOPS Engineer.
