KHI supplied Water Transmission Pipe for PDAM Karang Pilang, Surabaya with Dia. 36,40, 44 Spec AWWA C200,3 LPE with 2 mm thickness for external coating, Cement lining for internal coating. The project is targeted for completion by Pile Pipe for Domestic Infrastructure Jetty for PLTU Tanjung Jati, Central Java PLTU Tanjung Jati B - 3rd and 4th Unit, Jepara is part of MW Mega Project with capacity 660 MW / unit. PT. KHI supplied spiral pile pipe for jetty infrastructure. This big project with high contract amount and 660 MW capacity/ unit started on 25 Febuary 2009 and finished The pipes will be applied for jetty which overlaid accross the sea. Another PLTU projects handled by KHI in 2009 are PLTU Teluk Naga, Banten and PLTU Cirebon. Both projects are targeted to be finished by Pile Pipe for International Infrastructure Freemantle Australia Project One of the biggest challenge in 2009 is Freemantle project, Australia. This project required high pipe specification BS 4360 Gr 50 C which is equal to API 5 L X-65 with 22 mm thickness and 43 m max length. The pile pipe with completed accesories such as 3 segments pile shoe, lifting hole, End seal will be applied for jetty in Australia. Aside this, KHI also provided spiral welded pile pipe for Tanjung Bin Jetty and Pasir Gudang project, Malaysia. Petroleum Line Pipe Banyu Urip Development Project, Mobil Cepu Ltd (MCL) Banyu Urip Development Project is one of Distribution Pipe line for Mobil Cepu Ltd with specification DSAW Spiral Pipe, API 5L X-60 (Sour Gas), size 20 OD x 9.52 m WT x DRL. This line pipe required tight specification and requirement such as SSCC and HIC test perfomed by independent institution (ITB). This is one of blok Cepu project where the line pipes will be installed to support production of 20,000 oil barell/day. Aside this project, we are also experienced in producing spiral line pipe for Total E&P Project. Gas Line Pipe Coated pipe for Gas Distribution Pipe line Bojonegara-Serpong Project, PT PGN (Persero), Tbk PT KHI Pipe Industries supplied 73,020 m (13,651 Ton) coated pipe for Bojonegara-Serpong Gas Distribution Pipe line Project for PT PGN (Persero),Tbk with specification DSAW Spiral Pipe, API 5L X-65, size 24 OD x m (12.7 mm) WT x DRL. This line pipe required 3-layer Polyethylene (3-LPE) External Coating and Internal Epoxy Coating. The pipes will be used for Gas Distribution which overlay between Bojonegara and Serpong. The final coated pipes are kept in PT KHI s temporary stock pile with 38,000 sqm open storage area since the project will be started on Construction Pipe Wisma Dharmala Building, Sudirman, Jakarta KHI pipes are applicable for high rise building application. For example construction of Wisma Dharmala Building Sudirman, Jakarta used spiral welded pipes which can stand more over 26 years (the pipes were installed outside of building since 1983). We also used construction pipe used for our own office. The building was designed to counter earthquake wherein the pipes were installed inside and outside of the building construction. KHI is appointed to supply ERW Line Pipe Dia. 8 x 6.35 mm, API 5 L X-52 for PERTAGAS Pipe Line with total project 1199 Ton which will be finished by the end of The line pipe will be installed in Ruas Pondok Tengah-Tegal Gede, Cikarang Bekasi. Another gas pipeline project supplied by KHI was for Chevron Pasific Indonesia,: Riau. The line pipe was used for steam distribution purpose. We are a partner of PT. PDAM, National Water Supply Company, in providing ERW pipe for water distribution. Pipe specification : Diameter 8, 10, 12, AWWA C200. We have been accomplished another water pipe project for PT. PDAM, National Water Supply Company of Karang Asem, Bali, North Sumatera, Aceh and Poso. VICO bridge connecting onshore site to other site. Pipe Specification :ERW pile pipe spec with varnish protector, ASTM A 252. The pipe have durability to weather condition, and have good protection for anti corrosion. SMESCO building, Jakarta is one of infrastructure project utilized ERW pipe with specification 4 x 3.5 mm, STK400. The Pipe were precision - engineered to support dome construction. PT KHI also had an experience to provide construction pipe used for its own office. This was designed to counter earth quake wherein the pipes were installed inside and outside of the building construction. PT. KHI supplied Pile Pipe for Telkomsel BTS Tower. This line pipe required 3-layer Polyethylene (3-LPE) External Coating. 3LPP is similar with 3LPE coating system, the different is instead using Polyethylene as outer layer. 3LPP is using Polypropylene tape. Inner layer provide corrosion protection and flexibility while outer layer of Polyethylene provide impact and abrasion protection. Between inner and outer layer are tape. 3LPP is provide improved impact and abrasion resistance than 3LPE and is suitable with operation temperature more then C.
