We simply pack good sound into great design. - Bjørn Berthelsen & Casper Sparsø In collaboration with the acoustic design bureau AKUART, a beautiful and perfect extension to the Holmris Q40 benching system has been born: The SmartScreen. It s as functional as it s flexible. It s state of the art acoustic design on your terms. Our understanding of quality is based on knowledge. And we know a lot. That s why we don t do compromises. Never. Why? Because an extraordinary product demands an extraordinary design solution.

4 DESIGN LOVE ART // KILL NOISE The SmartScreen design collection consists of carefully selected artworks and curated art collections. This presents the possibility to create unique expressions in the form of photography, graphic art, illustrations, patterns, colours, textures and much more. The design collection includes a variety of 9 different overall moods - no less than 81 stunning designs ranging from soft wowen upholstery type of fabrics to stunning birds eye photography and subtle surfaces.

6 SUPERIOR ACOUSTICS SUPERIOR IS OUR STANDARD It all comes down to us. To human speech. So to speak. The SmartScreen is nothing but uncompromising high performance designed specifically to kill unwanted sound associated with human speech combining sound absorbing, sound stop and design. All in one. Since there aren t no official standards that simulate a real live situation in order to test the effectiveness of desk screens, we allied with third party SWECO, an independent acoustic engineering company to find a new and alternative way of testing acoustic properties of desk screens. In order to meet our own needs and uncompromising standard the function of the test was to simulate a 1:1 reality in order to test the effectiveness of the desk screen in stopping sound. Second we tested the level of sound absorbing which too showed highly effective. In a real life situation the SmartScreen displays an overall superior - and desirable - sound stop ability and the capability to effectively absorb sound. The implementation of The SmartScreen will not only enhance the overall acoustics in a room significantly while shielding off noise from one workstation to another it will also bring in an aesthetic dimension.
