All references to a vendor/builder in this Application may refer to a vendor only, a builder only, or both a vendor and builder. PLEASE NOTE: A vendor/builder must be registered and submit the required condominium security to Tarion, prior to the signing of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, taking of deposit monies, and/or commencing construction of a proposed condominium project. Please complete all fields and sections of this form that are applicable to your project. Any missing information may delay the review and potential approval of your project.
