Architectural elevations should include offsets to address building massing 3. Buildings visible from public street view should contain wall openings 30% of total wall surface area 4. Refuse facilities shall be enclosed by fences or walls and be compatible with the principal structure

9 Building Façade Massing Façade Offset Required Facades 60 ft. wide or wider shall have wall offsets of at least 2 ft. in depth (projection or recess) a minimum of every 40 ft. Each required offset shall be minimum width of 20 ft.

11 Wall Openings (Doors & Windows) All examples show minimum required architectural standards for building design and mass 60 ft. Every 60 ft. there should be a defining feature breaking up the mass of the buildings façade which is facing a public street 20 ft. All buildings should include a cap, body and base on the buildings front façade 7 ft. Window coverage must be at least 30% of a walls surface area which is facing a public street 10 ft.
