The Contractor represents that, except as the Contractor may advise the Owner in a written notice with its bid submittal, the information available to the Contractor is sufficient in content and detail to complete the Work and to enable the Contractor to deliver, within the Bid Sum and the proposed construction time schedule, a fully completed Project with all appurtenant improvements without the need for any change the Contract Sum specified in the Bid.
