CA-SI-36 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL BACKSTOP IMPROVEMENTS New backstops and added fencing needed at baseball and softball fields to protect adjacent street and houses from foul balls. CA-IN-03 CARPET REPLACEMENT New carpeting needed in 100 unit offices and library to replace existing carpet that is 21 years old and worn.
