CA-SI-10 COURTYARD SLAB IMPROVEMENT New expansion joints needed at concrete slab in courtyard to replace existing wood joints that are deteriorating. CA-SI-11 CURB RAMP ADDITIONS Curb ramps needed to provide wheelchair access and to meet ADA requirements. CA-SI-35 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL TURF IMPROVEMENTS Aerating, top-dressing and over seeding of grass at baseball and softball fields needed to provide an even and safe playfield. CA-SI-36 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL BACKSTOP IMPROVEMENTS New backstops and added fencing needed at baseball and softball fields to protect adjacent street and houses from foul balls. CA-ST-05 COMMONS COLUMN REINFORCEMENT REPAIR Concrete repair is needed at areas of exposed steel reinforcing bars at Commons to protect against structural deterioration. Repair of damaged grout at bearing plates at top of concrete columns is needed to maintain structural integrity. CA-EX-01 AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER ADDITION Installation of an automatic door opener at the front entry will improve access for disabled individuals. CA-EX-08 MASONRY WATER REPELLENT APPLICATION Water repellent needed at exterior masonry walls to protect walls from moisture penetration. CA-IN-03 CARPET REPLACEMENT New carpeting needed in 100 unit offices and library to replace existing carpet that is 21 years old and worn. CA-EQ-01 CLASSROOM FURNITURE UPGRADE New furniture needed for students in classrooms to replace existing furniture that is mismatched and worn. CA-EQ-02 COMPUTER FURNITURE UPGRADE Computer furniture is needed to properly accommodate students and computer equipment. CA-ME-01 ART ROOM EYE WASH ADDITION Eye wash needed at Art Room as a safety measure and to meet the current Health Code. CA-ME-02 AUTOMATIC CONTROLS UPGRADE Improvements to mechanical system controls will reduce maintenance costs, energy consumption and utility costs. CA-ME-04 CIRCULATION PUMP REPLACEMENT New circulation pumps needed for the heating system to replace pumps that are unreliable and require frequent maintenance. CA-ME-10 DRYING ROOM HEAT & VENTILATION UPGRADE New heat and ventilation system needed in Drying Rm. to replace equipment that is inadequate and requires frequent maintenance. CA-ME-13 HOT WATER PIPING INSULATION Installation of insulation at heating water pipes will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. CA-ME-14 LOCKER ROOM AIR HANDLER IMPROVEMENT Installation of heat recovery equipment at Locker Room air handling equipment will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. CA-ME-21 BOILER DAMPERS LINKAGE CONNECTION Installation of missing linkage equipment at the boiler stack dampers will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. CA-ME-22 TESTING, AIR BALANCING, & COMMISSIONING Testing and commissioning of mechanical system will improve operations while reducing energy consumption and utility costs.
