2 The Problem Due to the change in technologies for central heating systems from radiant heat to convective heat around 60 years ago, structural deficiencies in buildings have arisen ever since. Various solutions have been introduced to counter the shortcomings (insulation, double glazed windows, ventilation systems) that have yet lead to further new problems. In building physics, fixed variables are used to calculate the theoretical amount of heat that is needed in buildings. The U-value (or heat transition coefficient), which describes a theoretical, momentary and stationary state, completely lacks practical relevance and can only be reconstructed in a climate-testing laboratory. Wind, humidity and solar radiation in and on building structures directly affect the heat energy usage. Wherever humans, animals and plants are and wherever climate conditions affect our lives, it is those constantly changing variables that lead to a loss of heat in buildings. Introduced energy saving policies (EnEV) should lead to less energy being used, but in fact, the opposite it true.

3 The Solution Dry and therefore easily warmed up building parts are required to reduce heating costs. Contrary to conventional heating systems that produce warm air in living spaces, our solution increases the temperature of the inner surface of external walls. Creating Synergies Heating cost savings as well as great comfort can be achieved by increasing the temperature of surfaces, using reflection layers and regulating the moisture of building parts with glass-filled wall paint.
