5 OUR PROCESS 1 QUOTATION & DEPOSIT Client Requirements A.C.D will Handy tips and notes Select a design and finish for your new driveway and contact us. Provide a Free Fixed Price Quotation within 24 hours. The design & finish of your driveway may require approval from your estate s developer. 2 SELECTION & CONTRACT To guarantee your Start Date and Completion Date simply sign the quotation accompanied with a $250 deposit. Upon making a $250 deposit; specifications, working drawings and details will be provided for your proposed driveway. *The deposit ensures the fixed price for 45 days. Notify A.C.D. when your new home site is clear and ready for construction of the driveway. Order materials for the driveway and schedule the Start Date and Completion Date. The Start Date and Completion Date can be affected by, but is not limited to the following; weather and the client s failure to make required payment(s). Confirmation your home site is ready may need to be confirmed with the new home builder Provide A.C.D. with proof of funds for payment of the contract prior to construction. Proof of funds will generally be a bank statement. 3 PREPARATION Make stage payment (50% of quotation value) to A.C.D. using an approved method, acknowledging completion of Slab Preparation. Lay the driveway preparation and reinforcement on the Start Date, ready for the final stage (concrete) to follow. An invoice for stage payment will be sent to you with a digital image of the stage and telephone confirmation. First Critical Quality Check takes place 4 Schedule and finish your driveway (as per your selection) upon receipt of previous stage payment. An invoice for final stage payment will be sent to you with a digital image of the stage and telephone confirmation. A.C.D. temporary barrier tape will be erected to the perimeter of your completed driveway. A.C.D. does not offer any guarantee for damage or vandalism to the driveway during concrete curing. Second Critical Quality Check takes place. Make final payment (balance of quotation value) to A.C.D. using an approved method, acknowledging completion of your new driveway. Provide you with a guide for best use of your new driveway and remove the temporary barrier tape. Sealing of the driveway will commonly be recommended and offered as an addition to the new driveway contract. Final Critical Quality Check takes place. YOUR DRIVEWAY IS THEN READY FOR VEHICLE & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC! Hopefully you will refer friends and family to A.C.D. and the process can begin again!
