1 Design-Build Capital Infrastructure Project US$60 Million Project Duration 2012 Responsible for drainage systems and construction QA-QC oversight and project documentation and as-built review and acceptance. Also responsible for reviewing and acceptance of shop drawings and site density testing for concrete and earthworks. Reconstruction of approximately 6 miles of major highway on the Island of New Providence. The project encompassed establishment of the drainage catchment area, drainage calculations and construction of drainage detention ponds and deep disposal wells along with drainage spread calculations for the driving lanes. 5
2 Design-Build Capital Infrastructure Project US$400 Million Project Duration Responsible for design, design review, tender document preparation, review and acceptance of civil design works, and contract administration of construction phase. Shop drawing review and acceptance, monitoring and observations of landside and airside drainage system works, taxiway pavement works, parking lot works and as-built drawing verification. Assisted Project Manager with evaluation of Contractor s claims. Project Description Expansion works including 585,000 SF of terminals, civil works including landside and airside design and construction. Major features included landside and airside drainage which encompassed slotted drains, open channels, drainage deep disposal wells, culvert & oil-water separators. 6
3 Private Housing Subdivision Infrastructure Design US$2.8 Million Project Duration Project Role (Project Development, Design Drainage engineer responsible for designing a retention pond (man-made lake) with a spillway system to prevent overflow and an aeration system. Designed accomplished using modeling software StormNet and ICPR v3 stormwater modeling software. Project Description Design and construction of private subdivision infrastructure [22 plus acre 87 lots] for private developer which included civil, and complete drainage system design which included drainage deep disposal wells, culverts & oil-water separators. 7
4 Design-Build Capital Infrastructure Project US$5 Million Project Duration Project Role (Project Development, Design Responsible for design improvement including drainage calculations and system design, pavement design, signage and markings, geometrics, safety, traffic signal, sidewalk and curbing. Created tender documents, specifications and engineer s estimate, also responsible for drainage design oversight. Project Description Upgrade/Improvements of Major intersections in New Providence including, but not limited to topographical survey data collection, drainage catchment area determination, urban drainage system comprising curbing and drainage inlets and drainage deep disposal wells. 8
5 Design-Bid-Build Capital Expansion Project Project Capital Cost US$ 450,000 Project Duration Responsible for the drainage design & construction supervision of the intersection upgrade. Major intersection reconstruction and upgrade/improvement including but not limited to topographical survey data collection, detailed drainage calculations, design and modeling. The drainage system entailed inlets and box channel drainage systems. 9
6 Project Type Private Development Project Design Cost US$10,000 Project Duration 2007 Responsible collecting topographical survey data and conducted detailed drainage analysis and modeling to mitigate the existing conditions. Private development located in very low lying area subject to flooding during any sustained rainfall. 10
7 Design-Bid-Build Capital Drainage Project US$1 Million Project Duration Site Engineer responsible for all drainage site engineering and layout for Chippingham Drainage Project. Also responsible for creating as-built review drawings for the owner Capital construction works for a regional open channel drainage and retention system. Works featured construction of a sizeable wet detention pond, box culverts, overflow weir and placement and formation of a concrete open channel to facilitate drainage across the Island of New Providence, Bahamas. 11
8 Design-Bid-Build Capital Infrastructure Project US$3 Billion Project Duration Design engineer responsible for complete drainage analysis and modeling, drainage and flood mitigation systems and preparation of specifications for bidding project for the Baha Mar core area. The Baha Mar Development, a Mega resort including substantial geotechnical, drainage, hydraulics, and architectural features. The capital works consisted of complete and detailed drainage calculations analysis and modelling and flood mitigation systems to accommodate the mega resort and communities in the surrounding area. 12
