2 INTRODUCTION Dear Esteemed Customer, PNS Construction, Incorporated was established in the 1997 through the strategic alliance of Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Corporation, Japan with the mission to fulfill the engineering businesses aimed at strengthening industrial infrastructure and improving living environments by further developing technologies. Major Engineering fields encompass infrastructure rehabilitation and improvement, building construction, technical cooperation and connecting people to a better life. Our Customer spread over through other Countries such as Hongkong and Republic of Uzbekistan. We served our customers requirement and interest of high quality fabricated products and supervision through our state of the art service and technology. Our high commitment to customer satisfaction becomes management thrust of our Company. We always serve in compliance with our Customers requests and needs to maintain our Customers loyalty. We believe that our design works, fabrication and supply of materials produced only a World Class Quality raised up our prestige and reliability. Our vision to become a World Class Enterprise brings us to continuously improve and develop new products and its technical application. In 2011, we are expanding our venture in other types of service such as preparation of detailed shop drawings for Nittetsu Plant Division. We also have a newly local ventured construction company. 3 PROFILE AND HISTORY PNS CONSTRUCTION, INC. is located at Unit 1504 Herrera Tower Rufino corner Valero Streets, Makati City Philippines with SEC Registration No. A The company is also registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with Contractor s License No Since acquiring its contractors license, PNS has completed several projects particularly in steel construction. Among its successful projects from 1998 to 2001 are FUJITSU Factory II, MD Distripark Warehouse, Benguet General Hospital, Mitsumi Factory 3, JIDECO Factory, Sohbi Kohgei, Sanyo Design Center, Futaba Warehouse, Sankyo Seiki, Slit Dam project in Ormoc, Nittetsu Micrometal Philippines Factory and GNF Factory Phase II. From November 2000 to September 2002 PNS was involved and completed the floor and decking works of Headhouse Building, Steel Fixed Link structure and External Stair Steel structure of NAIA IPT3 Project under Takenaka Corporation. PNS was also involved in the supervision of two overseas projects. The steel transfer girder of Hong Kong Electric Building Project was fabricated here in the Philippines and PNS was tapped by Nippon Steel Corporation (Hong Kong Office) to oversee the fabrication of 1,300 ton transfer girder. In May 2000 PNS was again awarded the supervision for the local fabrication of Hong Kong Electric-IHI jetty structure. In 2006, PNS was involved in fabrication and supervision of the local Philippine project namely Subic Clark Tarlac Package 2 Project and Urgent Bridges Construction Project for Rural Development. We were involve also in overseas project, the New Railways Project in Republic of Uzbekistan. Part of our services which includes the preparation of detailed fabrication shop drawings. In 2010, PNS was involved on the supply of materials for the Pasig-Marikina River Rehabilitation Project. PNS, Inc. has already worked with big Japanese Contractors based here in the Philippines such as Takenaka Corporation, Taisei Philippines, Nishimatsu Construction, Toyo Construction, Hazama Philippines, Kajima Philippines, Shimizu Philippines, Tobishima Philippines and Overseas Ohsaki Construction.
