5 TI-LINE The perfect showering experience. TI-LINE changes a simple shower drain into the centrepiece of modern bathroom architecture. In this case less is much more. The TI-LINE shower drainage channel can be installed directly alongside the wall thanks to its patent flange. A watertight floor outlet can be enhanced by means of various designer grates or drainage inserts or can be incorporated directly into the tiling design. The TI-LINE shower drainage system thus sets new standards for floor level, barrier-free showers with quality design.

10 TI-LINE the wall flange technology The wall itself can be part of the shower. The key element of the TI-LINE drainage channel systems is the outlet fitting with its vertical wall flange and the pre-formed floor flanges. The wall flange *) is attached as simply as possible to the wall using screws, thus securing the entire drain construction. This together with the required seals makes the system absolutely watertight (see page 13). TI-LINE Outlet fittings 4 different flange designs offer unique design possibilities. TI-LINE Easy installation DURABASE WP Pipe collar (thin-bed mortar) DURABASE WP Film roll (thin-bed mortar) Sealing Tape TI-LINE is already prepared for installation on concrete/screed floors as well as on top of floorboards with a layer of plaster or a slab floor. The outlet fitting is permanently fixed to the wall and will not move even when a screed layer is being applied. It is only necessary to introduce a gradient in one direction. At the same time it is also easy to lay pipes for underfloor heating. TI-LINE Compound sealing The flange technology combined with sealing tape and DURABASE WP sealing foil makes for a watertight solution. The TI-LINE drain outlet fitting is glued to the wall overlapping with a self-adhesive sealing tape at all junctions between wall and floor. DURABASE WP sealing foil is then applied to all wall and floor surfaces using thin-bed adhesive.
