5 3M Scotchkote Quartz Screed System - high impact resistant floor finish 3M Scotchkote Quartz Screed System is the ultimate in decorative, high impact resistant floor finishes. It is available in epoxy or fast curing polyurethane formats. To ensure a full hygienic finish, it can be combined with a coving system and is compatible with the Scotchkote wall coatings range. 3M Scotchkote Quartz Self Smoothing System - smooth, seamless hygienic finish Various anti-slip finishes The floor surface is prepared by using vacuum attached Industrial s, to remove all contaminants from the floor surface and provide a key for the Scotchkote Quartz Primer. Primer The primer is applied on to the prepared substrate. Screed The mixed Coloured Quartz is installed on to the cured primer, both to the floor and the cove at the same time. Decorative 22 colour choices Hand Trowel Grout Coat The appropriate screed grout is applied on to the cured coloured quartz to provide an even, uniform and clear coating. ➎ ➎ Clear Coat Scotchkote Quartz Satin Sealer 896 is applied on to the cured grout coat to provide an aesthetic, hygienic finish. Large Squeegee 3M Scotchkote Quartz Self-Smoothing (Broadcast) System is suitable for use where an irregular floor surface requires a smooth, seamless, hygienic finish. The special blend of resin and aggregate flows out, covering the undulations of the substrate and allowing a full broadcast of Quartz over the surface. Once cured, this system is ideal for areas that encounter oil or liquid spillages. The flexibility of the system allows the user to achieve various surface textures, depending on the severity of the environment. The thin film broadcast system is ideal for quick curing applications where instant visual impact is essential. The self smoothing broadcast system is for use where an irregular floor surface requires a smooth, seamless, hygienic and decorative finish.
