Plastilfoor is a thermoplastic material and therefore is particularly suitable for areas of changing temperature condition. It cures even at low temperature, so that it is possible to execute coatings under bad weather conditions (winter time) or in freezer rooms. In the food processing sector, a Plastifloor floor coating should always be built in the following manner (thickness: 7-8 mm): Primer (Plastifloor 112) Mortar resin Mix C2 for the installation of the slope Elastic membrane (Plastifloor 332/z) Broadcast coating (Plastifloor 410 with slip resistance according to R 11- R 13) Sealing (Plastifloor 526) The transition between the wall and the ground should be installed in a flexible manner. For this purpose, we use a profile system consisting of an AL profile and an angled V4A-profile which is being attached to the wall with a joint tape.
