The neutral channels can be used on their own, or inserted into a sloping system to increase the run length. A comprehensive range of accessories, including catch basins, grates and end outlets, complete the system. Most products incorporate a distinctive integral metal wearing rail that protects channel edges and provides a pleasing appearance. are independently certified to the loading requirements of Deutsches lnstitut fur Normung e.v. (DIN) Products also meet the requirements of ASME A112.21M Floor Drains. Trench drains are available for all applications from residential to heavy duty industrial projects, with product solutions also available for sport and chemical processing applications. ACO Drainª K100S K100S is a general-purpose sloped trench drain suitable for internal and external applications. K100S incorporates an integral galvanized steel wearing rail, which protects the edges of the drainage channel and offers a striking and distinctive finished appearance. K100S is ideal for applications where appearance is a high priority. K100S is suitable for a range of commercial and industrial applications, including: Parking lots and garages Shopping malls Pedestrian areas The K100S is available with QuickLokª, an innovative grate locking system that improves the speed and ease of installation and maintenance but retains the overall aesthetic appearance. ACO Drainª S100K S100K is an extra heavy duty trench drain featuring the unique Powerlok boltless locking for grates. S100K incorporates an integral ductile iron wearing rail for improved aesthetics and increased strength. PowerLok offers quick fitting and removal of grates, which reduces installation time and maintenance cost. The profiled channel side design provides excellent anchorage to surrounding concrete and is shaped for maximum channel strength. S300K is 12" (300 mm) wide for maximum hydraulics and is therefore ideal for high capacity drainage applications. S300K incorporates an integral ductile iron wearing rail for improved aesthetics and increased strength. PowerLok offers quick fitting and removal of grates, which reduces installation time and maintenance costs. The profiled channel side design provides excellent anchorage to surrounding concrete and is shaped for maximum channel strength. This polyester fiberglass trench drainage system is available with a wide range of bolted grates. The FG100 frames are fixed to a fiberglass channel using push fit studs, have a cross bar to ensure rigidity and K100S

This trench drainage system combines strength and corrosion resistant polyester fiberglass with a choice of heavy duty grates. The FG200 frames are bolted to a fiberglass channel and have a cross bar to ensure rigidity and provide a locking bar for the grates. Installation PREPARATORY WORK Comply with manufacturer s ordering instructions and lead time requirements to avoid construction delays. Deliver materials in manufacturer s original, unopened, undamaged containers with identification labels intact. Store materials protected from exposure to harmful weather conditions and at temperature and humidity conditions recommended by manufacturer. Verify actual measurements/openings by field measurements before ordering and fabrication, and show

Warranty All ACO trench systems are sold with a service warranty. The warranty is subject to the use of the correct product for the given traffic and loading requirements and is only valid when installed and maintained in accordance with ACO s recommendations. Under normal conditions, ACO trench systems are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a minimum of 12 months after the date of substantial completion or 24 months after date of purchase, whichever is sooner. ACO is not responsible for any liability for failure to follow these instructions. The manufacturer s liability is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods. Any claim shall be deemed waived unless made in writing to the manufacturer within 30 days from the date it was or reasonably should have been discovered. 8. Maintenance Periodic inspection of system for defects and removal of grates for cleaning of drain channels, catch basins and other components is advised.
