The majority of customers opt for operating windows so they can truly bring the outdoors in. Window options include: sliders, casements, single and double hungs. These windows can be energy efficient, or a simple double pane. The walls, roof and floor can be customized to be with or without insulation. Our designers will listen to your needs and build the three season room of your dreams! The exterior is designed to match your home exactly, while the interior finish is customizable to suit your personal tastes. Roof designs include gable, hip or studio. All TimberBuilt Three-Season Rooms come standard with a vaulted ceiling to maximize the open feel of your room. Another standard feature is full electric to local codes including outlets, switches and a ceiling fan. All TimberBuilt Three-Season Rooms meet or exceed local building codes and plans are certified by a Timberbuilt licensed architect.

The cedar timbers can be stained to match your house color exactly or can be stained using a semi-transparent stain for those who want to enjoy the natural wood grains. Choose from full length screen, screen knee wall, solid knee wall or a fully integrated cedar rail. For those who truly want the full cedar experience, you can choose to have us finish the ceiling with T&G cedar planking with decorative cedar rafters for a truly stunning interior. TimberBuilt Screen Rooms utilize a patented fixed screen system that can be easily repaired or replaced in the future without the need to call a specialist. This means you don t have to worry about storing screens in the winter. Multiple screening options are available including standard fiberglass, Super Screen, BetterVue and Insect Screen. TimberBuilt can build new framing and install windows to make the room either a three season room or an all season room. After the windows are installed, TimberBuilt will finish the exterior and the interior of the room. We use the same materials as your existing house (whether it is cedar, vinyl, aluminum, or fiber cement), and will match the color and architecture exactly. The interior can be finished in the same wide array of materials depending on the style and look that you are going for. This is a very affordable and easy way to get more living space out of your house with minimal cost involved. TimberBuilt can even run electric and heat through the room to fully convert it to living space!

Each TimberBuilt Room is designed, drawn, managed and built by TimberBuilt employees. Every major trade necessary is part of the TimberBuilt team. This includes a foundation crew, carpenters, roofers, and electricians. We have an in-house support system which includes project managers, engineers, and building permit specialists. Each job has an on-site lead supervisor who takes control of your project. Everything you need to have a relaxed and stress free project. Since we have no subcontractors, we control all aspects of your project. You never have to worry about a sub not showing up to work on your job, or about a sub that doesn t have insurance. TimberBuilt Rooms also has the equipment necessary to get your job done including bobcats, excavators, fork lifts, box trucks, and all necessary tools to build the room of your dreams.
