2 Flashings TYPICAL SHAPES AND JOINTS Manufactured in up to 4 metre lengths all standard flashings requirements can be met. External and internal ridge, drip, barge, verge, coping and corner flashings are all available in a variety of materials and colours detailed later in this guide. Ridge Flashings RADIUS FLASHINGS Smooth curve radius flashings are made to your specification in the same wide variety of materials, colours and finishes. Drip Flashings TOPHAT SECTIONS Usually bent from 1.6mm galvanised steel in 3 metre lengths, other gauges are available in up to 4 metre lengths. 4 Rainwater Components INSULATED GUTTERS Our insulated gutters are factory fabricated with a galvanised weather face outer layer that can be Sigma TCN coated, and insulation as specified by customer. These are generally manufactured in 3 metre lengths. MEMBRANE LINED GUTTERS We are able to provide Fatra PVC membrane which is bonded to various gauges of galvanised steel. The system is quick and easy to use with all lap joints simply requiring hot air welding. Available in 3 metre lengths this material can also be used in the manufacture of insulated gutters. The life expectancy of membrane is a minimum of 25 years. ROOFLINE GUTTERS Roofline gutters are manufactured from either 0.7mm single or double sided plastisol, HPS or PVDF if required, and can be supplied with an internal rubbler chlorinated protective coating applied to extend life expectancy. Further extension of life expectancy can be achieved with double sided plastisol, available in limited colours. VALLEY GUTTERS Manufactured in galvanised steel as standard with other materials available upon request. We supply valley gutters punched and joggled, complete with M10 bolts, nuts, galvanised EPDM washers and 50mm X 6mm butyl strip mastic. RAINWATER PIPES Rainwater pipes or components are lightweight pre-coated steel in lengths up to four metres, supplied in an extensive range of finishes. The ever increasing use of polyester powder coated finishes enhances the visual concept of the modern day building. ACCESSORIES We also supply other rainwater accessories including cranked bends, swannecks, shoes, stopends and outlets. Generally manufactured in 3 metre lengths, but we are able to manufacture 4 metre lengths. Standard joint detail offers pre-punched gutters with butt straps, M5 bolts, nuts, washers and matching colour caps. Rivet and joggle joints are available upon request. 5 Facades & Rainscreen Panels SECRET FIX JOINTS AND SOLUTIONS We can offer a variety of fixing methods for your rainscreen panels, the most popular choice is facilitated by mechanically fixed bracketry onto which the panel is hung, with rivets or low profile stainless steel self drill screws offering a secondary fix through the hidden legs of the interlocking panels. INSULATED PANELS Consisting of an external sheet bonded to rigid insulation core with an internal liner sheet bonded to the rear of the insulation, composite panels offer an infill on facades where glazing or similar is not desired. A choice of PIR or mineral fibre insulation is offered. CASSETTES We fabricate cassette build rainscreen panels that can be fully integrated with all modern curtain walling systems. Produced from 2mm or 3mm aluminium and available in PPC or precoat colour variations, our panels are an eye catching aspect of your next project. 7 Bullnoses & other Architectural Features BULLNOSES Bullnoses can create a strong visual impact on a building adding shape, height, depth and architechtural definition. Aluminium's properties as a robust and durable metal make it the most popular choice for bullnoses as when powder coated it also offers a stunning focal point. Bullnoses are produced on our CNC machinery, producing smooth curves to the eye complete with secret fix jointing system. CURVED FLASHINGS Made bespoke to your sepcification, curved flashings are avaialble in pre-coated PVC, PVF2 and HPS as well as aluminium and galvanised steel. Pre-coated curved flashings are usually made with lockform joints maximising visual appeal and continuity of the finish. COLUMN CASINGS Used to cover structural elements such as steel and concrete columns, casings can be made to provide an attractive aesthetic feature. Available in round or square design with numerous jointing methods, powder coated aluminium is the material and finish preferred by most. 9 Louvres LOUVRES These are factory assembled modular louvre panels with perimeter frame to interface directly to customers requirement or most wall panel systems. There will be no requirement to site cut to weather the louvre panels. All louvres can be supplied with bird guard, insect mesh, blanking plate and insulated cover. Can be supplied in all polyester powder coated finishes to suit wall panel. We offer a site installation service if required. Our many fixed blade, circular and boxed louvres are purpose built to meet all architectural needs, together with enclosure and aerofoil sun screens, including louvred doors and associated furniture.
