Products Removable Insulation Jackets Regardless of the size and shape of equipment to be insulated, Total Solutions is able to quickly deliver high quality, tailor made removable insulation mattresses, also known as removable insulation jackets. Sealings, gaskets, heat exchangers, pumps, valves etc, all require regular quality and maintenance checks. The removable insulation mattresses by Total Solutions enable equipment to be well insulated in addition to providing easy access, eliminating the cost and time implications of removing and reinstating fixed materials.

This can result in significant cost savings for our customers by preventing the unnecessary replacement of insulation mattresses. Composite Repairs Composite repairs enable reinstatement of the structural integrity of steel and other structures. Total Solutions provides composite repairs and comes with Lloyds register type approval for application on all manner of structures. The system we utilise consists of: 1. Fibres: Glass or Carbon (various woven cloth architectures) 2. Resin (matrix): Epoxy (with various hardeners) 3. Primer: Adhesion promoting layer (silane based) 4. Installation: Hand applied, wet lay-up system, i.e. the resin is worked into the fibre reinforcement on site then directly applied over the defected area Rope Access Training Rope Access training is carried out in our dedicated training centres throughout the Middle East, under the strict IRATA training programme. IRATA International has a formal training and certification scheme, and grading structure and all IRATA International members are obliged to use this scheme.
