Each roll is individually wrapped and labelled with a unique number ensuring complete traceability of the product. Radbar is produced in a distinct green or lilac colour and is printed through the length of the roll to ensure complete traceability. Radbar Super has been tested by RAPRA Technology a reputable UKAS Approved laboratory. Radbar Super is 25% thicker than the minimum thickness recommended by the Building Research Establishment. Radbar Super is tested with a methane, CO 2 and Radon gas source and is proven to be an efficient barrier against the gases. Radbar Super gas barrier is produced at 400 micron thick using only virgin grade materials, ensuring consistency and quality. Radbar Super is produced at 4m wide and is 20m long which makes it far easier to install than other narrower membranes, reducing the amount of tapes and sealants required for jointing. Each roll is individually wrapped and labelled with a unique number ensuring complete traceability of the product. Radbar Super is multifolded for ease of handling and storage. 3 PIFA Approved Damp Proof Membrane PIFA approved damp proof membrane is a recognised product providing confidence in installation. The product will have a minimum net roll weight of 23kg for 250 & 500 micron and 27.6 kg for 300 micron. The range is available in either blue or black. PIFA damp proof membrane is multifolded for ease of handling and storage. The product is produced to strict tolerances which surpass other approved products. Because of strict production tolerances raw materials selection is very important; only quality raw materials are used when producing PIFA grade damp proof membranes. Each roll is individually wrapped and labelled with a unique number. Every roll is printed throughout its length ensuring complete traceability of the product. Accessories are always available such as jointing tapes, butyl mastic sealant and top hats. The PIFA certificate gives detailed information about the product with production tolerances, storage, and technical information. 4 Moisture Vapour Barrier Capital Valley Plastics produce moisture vapour barrier to a very high standard. We manufacture all moisture vapour barriers from virgin grade material working within strict tolerances under ISO9001, & PIFA accreditations. The product will meet NHBC Standard 6.2. We produce in various widths and gauge and can make bespoke rolls to fit your requirements. This saves time when installing the barrier and therefore reduces the cost. The material is green tint in colour and is always see through, making installation far easier. 5 British Board Agrément Approved Damp Proof Membrane BBA damp proof membrane is the most popular grade of membrane currently being used in the UK building industry and many thousands of buildings throughout the country have successfully installed BBA damp proof membrane in their foundations. Economic alternative to more expensive membranes with the same specifications. BBA damp proof membrane is produced from 100% recycled material which makes it the most environmentally friendly product in the industry. The product comes in 250, 300 and 500 micron. 4m and 2m widths are standard. Standard lengths are 12.5m, 25m or 50m (other sizes available to order). The range is available either in blue or black. Each roll is individually wrapped and labelled with a unique number ensuring complete traceability of the product. BBA damp proof membrane is multifolded for ease of handling and storage. The British Board of Agrément certificate will give detailed information about the product with production tolerances, storage, and technical information and is available on request.

6 General Purpose Sheeting Capital Valley Plastics manufacture general purpose sheeting from recycled or virgin grade material working within strict tolerances under ISO 9001, and PIFA accreditations, ensuring a high quality product. Standard colours are clear, white, black or blue (other colours available on request). Widths from 6ft centerfold sheeting, up to 6m multifold sheeting. Thickness from as little as 50 micron up to 500 micron. The product can be produced in multifold, centerfold, or lay flat tubing format. Most sizes can be produced from recycled material making the product cost effective and environmentally friendly.
