Drill holes to correct diameter and embedment.. Clean holes with compressed air and concrete cleanout brush. Dust and debris left in the hole will reduce the holding capacity of the anchor.. Remove cartridge cap and D-shaped plugs. Place cartridge in dispensing tool and dispense a small amount of adhesive until both black and white components are being ejected.. Place mixing nozzle and retaining nut over cartridge opening and tighten. Discard a small portion of adhesive to insure proper mixing. Blended epoxy should be consistent gray color. Do not use epoxy which is not blended.. Inject epoxy starting from bottom of hole and slowly withdraw to avoid air pockets.. Slowly push anchor into hole, rotating in a clockwise motion. Drill hole to desired embedment.. Clean hole using compressed air nozzle.. Alternate several times between air and concrete cleanout brush. Air nozzle and concrete cleanout brush should reach to the bottom of the hole for proper cleaning.. Fill screen completely full with epoxy starting from the bottom. Monitor cartridges for leaks out the back end. DO NOT USE CARTRIDGES WHICH LEAK.. Insert screen tube into the hole.. Slowly insert steel sleeve (or rust free threaded rod depending upon application) into screen tube using a clockwise motion. Allow sufficient time (see bolt-up and cure time chart) before loading.
