3 Session 109/ & 2015 IRC/IECC Plan Review Workshop Two Day Class This two-day class provides an in depth plan review and design experience for residential projects. This class will address structural, electrical, mechanical, energy, plumbing and logical paths to perform a complete review. Working in teams the students will review a complete set of plans in detail, from start to finish. Sample sets of plans chosen to illuminate different compliance paths and challenges will be used. The presentation of plan check corrections in an educational manner will develop technical as well as customer service skills. Plan review checklists will be reviewed and alternative compliance documentation will be evaluated for compliance with code.
