Noise contours 6 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise contours An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL 06F grant of permission fixed the Conditions: Criteria set using predicted noise levels within 12 months of opening of North runway: Noise insulation of schools 60 db L Aeq 16 hours Noise insulation of dwellings 63 db L Aeq 16 hours Purchase of dwellings 69 db L Aeq 16 hours 7 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise contours BAP have produced predicted 2022 noise levels for daa: Predicted noise levels based on: Forecast aircraft flight movements for 2022 Forecast aircraft fleet mix for 2022 Modelled within FAA INM calculation software Validated against measured data from existing daa noise and flight track keeping system These are different noise contours than those produced for the EIS in Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise contours AFW have reviewed BAP reports on behalf of FCC: AFW raised clarifications regarding the forecast and methodology BAP have provided additional information AFW consider modelling undertaken to define the scheme boundaries to be robust Forecast movements considered appropriate Forecast fleet mix and modal split considered reasonable Majority of aircraft modelled using validated noise emissions 2025 EIS noise contours from 2007 have larger extent than 2022 contours, as EIS forecast for 2025 has Higher number of movements Noisier fleet mix 9 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of schools 10 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of schools Designed to discharge Condition 6 All schools and pre-schools within 2022 predicted 60 db L Aeq 16 hour noise contour Six schools and pre-schools identified: Little Moo Moo s Pre School St. Margaret s N.S. Nzone crèche and Pre School Mary Queen of Ireland N.S. Rivermeade Portmarnock Community School Saint Nicholas of Myra 11 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of schools 60 db noise contour 12 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of schools Voluntary noise insulation offered to schools Scheme to be agreed by Department of Education and FCC daa pays all costs for scheme and noise insulation works Noise levels inside classrooms and school buildings generally shall not exceed 45 db L Aeq 8 hours (a typical school day) daa will now consider insulation requirement under worst-case operating conditions following clarification raised by AFW Each room in each school individually assessed Noise insulation measures which may be installed: Double glazed windows Acoustic seals to external doors Acoustic air vents Holes or gaps sealed Chimneys capped Roof insulation 13 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of schools AFW have reviewed BDP and AWN reports on behalf of FCC: AFW raised clarifications regarding scheme methodology BDP and AWN have provided additional information AFW consider scheme to be comprehensive in terms of content and approach: Process clearly presented Technical assessment methodology clearly described FCC oversight and compliance aspects clarified Initial scheme to be based upon 2022 forecast noise levels Scheme to be reviewed every 2 years under Condition 10 based upon revised noise contours using actual movements and aircraft 14 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of dwellings 15 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of dwellings Designed to discharge Condition 7 All dwellings within predicted 63 db L Aeq 16 hour noise contour 63 db L Aeq 16 hour noise contour based upon the combined extent of: 63 db contour produced for Condition 7 (based on 2022 forecast), and 63 db contour produced for EIS in 2007 (based on 2025 forecast) 119 eligible dwelling owners identified daa have written to each daa held four public meetings July & August 2016 Majority of dwelling owners have already opted into the scheme 16 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of dwellings 63 db noise contour 2022 forecast 63 db noise contour 2025 EIS forecast 17 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of dwellings Voluntary noise insulation offered to dwelling owners Scheme to be agreed by FCC daa pays all costs for scheme and noise insulation works Noise insulation to be improved by 5 to 10 db(a) compared to existing situation Scheme will improve noise insulation of habitable rooms Target to achieve WHO and BS8233 internal ambient noise levels where possible, i.e. 35 to 40dB L Aeq16hour Scheme improves noise insulation, it does not sound proof dwellings Each habitable room in each dwelling individually assessed Noise insulation measures which may be installed: Double glazed windows Acoustic seals to external doors Acoustic air vents Holes or gaps sealed Chimneys capped Roof insulation 18 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Noise insulation of dwellings AFW have reviewed BDP and AWN reports on behalf of FCC: AFW raised clarifications regarding scheme methodology BDP and AWN have provided additional information AFW consider scheme to be comprehensive in terms of content and approach: Process clearly presented Technical assessment methodology clearly described FCC oversight and compliance aspects clarified Initial scheme to be based upon combined 2022 and 2025 forecast noise levels Scheme to be reviewed every 2 years under Condition 10 based upon revised noise contours using actual movements and aircraft 19 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Purchase of dwellings 20 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Purchase of dwellings Designed to discharge Condition 9 All dwellings within 2022 predicted 69 db L Aeq 16 hour noise contour Five eligible dwellings identified in Cloghran Property valuation based on market value Valuation on the basis of North runway approval and mitigation schemes not being in place 20% premium added to valuation in consideration of sale daa will pay for one independent valuation up to 1,500 daa will pay for legal fees associated with sale up to 2,500 daa will pay up to 500 for tax advice daa will pay tenants up to 2,000 moving costs if the dwelling owner sells 21 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Purchase of dwellings 69 db noise contour 2022 forecast 22 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Purchase of dwellings Voluntary purchase offered to dwelling owners Scheme to be agreed by FCC daa pays all costs for scheme Dwelling owners may reject sale and accept noise insulation scheme Dwelling owners may accept noise insulation scheme, and accept sale at a later date 23 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
Purchase of dwellings AFW have reviewed daa reports on behalf of FCC: AFW raised clarifications regarding scheme methodology daa have provided additional information AFW consider scheme to be comprehensive in terms of content and approach: Process clearly presented Initial scheme to be based upon 2022 forecast noise levels Scheme to be reviewed every 2 years under Condition 10 based upon revised noise contours using actual movements and aircraft 24 Amec Foster Wheeler 2016.
