DESCRIPTION VIP`s QuickDeck Car Park Decking system combines the speed, flexibility and strength of VIP`s proven high performance elastomeric linings with the safety of R10 and R12 skid resistance surfaces. This one application system provides a superior, longer lasting skid resistant surface not achievbable using existing broadcasting methods. Direct incorporation of specially selected aggregates using an innovative application method ensures a consistent and durable finish is produced every time. The spray applied, one process, one application method results in significant time savings over traditional car park decking systems. VIP`s QuickDeck Car Park Decking system provides exceptional tensile strength, elongation and crack bridging characteristics making it an ideal waterproofing membrane. Combined with VIP`s unique aggregate injection system customer`s can now waterproof their decks and provide a long lasting superior skid resistant surface all within a fraction of the time of traditional systems. 2. RECOMMENDED USES Car Park ramps high slip risk areas. Aggressive aggregate option to reduce slippage risk on entrance, exit and turning ramps. High water, snow and ice areas. Car Park Deck Areas with waterproofing requirements, crack bridging requirements and skid resistance requirements. Fully exposed areas to UV and weather. Loading Docks and Service ramps with slip resistance requirements, waterproofing requirements, crack bridghing requirements, full UV and weather exposure. 4 6. ANTI-SKID / ANTI-SLIP CLASSIFICATIONS PARKING AREAS The VIP QuickDeck Car Park Decking System as detailed within was independently tested in accordance with DIN 51130:2014. Copies of the independent test reports can be supplied upon request. Aluminium Oxide aggregates can also be used as part of the QuickDeck Car Park System but VIP does not recommend the use of Quartz Sand. DIN 51130:2014. HINTS FOR THE APPLICATION: The VIP QuickDeck Car Park Decking System should only be applied by a VIP Approved Applicator. Specialist equipment and knowledge is required to ensure a high quality result is achieved. VIP Approved Applicators have completed VIP`s intensive applicator course and have a detailed knowledge of VIP products and application techniques. VIP Approved Applicators have full technical support of VIP Head Office Technicians. Aromatic Polyurea Coating Systems are UV-stable but are not color stable. The cured coating system may exhibit discoloration when exposed to sunlight. This does not influence the physical properties of the material! For colour fast options and line marking options please consult with your VIP representative. 8. OVERCOATING GUIDE QuickPrime 2K-SF Primer and concrete sealer - Approximate minimum over coat time with QuickSpray Industrial membrane is 3 hours (at 25C). Maximum overcoat period before treatment is required is approximately 48 hours. QuickSpray Industrial high performace flexible membrane over QSP Industrial = no minimum overcoat time. Approximate maximum overcoat time hours. QuickFloor 500 over QSP Industrial minimum over coat time approximately 30 minutes. Approximate maximum overcoat time 8 hours. Overcoating times are provided as a guide only and presume surfaces are clean and free from moisture. Page 4 of 5
