1 LATTICE GIRDERS CONNECTING ELEMENTS BETWEEN PRECAST CONCRETE COMPONENTS AND IN-SITU CONCRETE

2 LATTICE GIRDERS LATTICE GIRDERS FOR HALF SLABS SPECIAL GIRDERS GIRDERS WITH GERMAN APPROVAL LATTICE GIRDERS WITH THE COMPLETE REINFORCEMENT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS Large panel slabs (half slabs) Double walls (precast cavity walls) Rib slabs (Concrete and precast rib slab with clay bricks) Lattice girders are three-dimensional, industrially prefabricated reinforcing elements. They consist of an upper chord and two lower chords and continuous truss wires. These are connected to the chords by means of electric resistance welding. All types of girder are available at short notice if ordered in the appropriate minimum quantities (approx. 10 t). ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT Secures the bonding between precast slabs and in-situ concrete in the final state Load-bearing capacity and serviceability of precast slab when installed Spacer strip for upper reinforcing element Lower chords as flexural tensile reinforcement No diagonal projection on the upper chord side Ample scope of design Welded at all joints Good transfer of shear forces Perfect straightness a bars d1 d2 Upper chord Lower chord d3 H a ba Weight and dimensional tolerances as per ÖNORM B

3 LATTICE GIRDERS FOR HALF SLABS This type of girder is a stocked product and therefore available at short notice. 5 LATTICE GIRDERS WITH THE COMPLETE REINFORCEMENT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS Lattice girders with the complete reinforcement required for residential buildings are a special form of truss girder. The lower chord already contains the complete reinforcement for floor loads commonly found in residential buildings. Additional reinforcing elements are required for wider spans and heavier loads. Delivery in sets of 50 is in lengths of 1.20 m to 6.80 m, with a girder height of 150 mm, and 5.60 m to 8.00 m, with a girder height of 190 mm. Length increments are 20 cm. 200 Ø 8 OG B500A SHEAR RESISTANCE OF GIRDER DIAGONALS UG B550A Ø 5 B500A 56.3 (62.2 ) 150 (190) Height Shear Resistance V Rds /z 150 mm 71.0 ( cot ) Dimensions in mm 200 approx mm 75.5 ( cot ) PRODUCT RANGE WITH HEIGHT OF 150 MM Length Diameter Cross-section Weight m mm cm 2 kg/m INTERNAL FORCES AT ASSEMBLY Height Permissible Buckling Moment of Upper Chord (knm/) Permissible Shear Force of (kn/) PRODUCT RANGE WITH HEIGHT OF 190 MM Length Diameter Cross-section Weight m mm cm 2 kg/m
