2 INOFIN: Maximum safety and application advantages INOFIN is the FPO membrane of WOLFIN Bautechnik. The membrane does not only meet the highest quality demands for a plasticizer free waterproofing of roofs but also offers various application advantages. INOFIN FR is suitable for mechanical fastening and can be loose laid under ballast. INOFIN FR-V is a fleece-backed membrane for a bonded layer structure. Highest fire protection FR = Fire resistant. INOFIN roofing membrane fulfills the highest fire protection requirements. The membrane meets the DIN requirements (External fire) on EPS- insulation without an additional fire protection layer and receives the classification B ROOF (t1) according to EN Basis for quality INOFIN roofing membranes consist of flexible Polyolefin (FPO) on the basis of a special Ethylene- Butyl-Acrylate composition. This synthetic com - position developed by WOLFIN Bautechnik does not contain rubber. Therefore it offers a conside - rably lower fire load compared to other Polypro - pylene based FPO membranes. Fire protection is ensured permanently through the addition of highquality flame retardants. 3 Free of plasticizers and for highest fire protection INOFIN FR INOFIN FR is characterized by a high form stability and tear resistance due to the integrated combination of glass fabric and glass fleece. Due to the special composition based on Polyethylene, INOFIN FR can be easily applied even at low temperatures. Because of this high-quality composition no special cleaning of the seam is necessary before welding and therefore saves time. Details like skylights or parapet connections can be carried out quickly with the Teroson Spray Adhesive. Highest security due to a combination of glass fabric and glass fleece INOFIN FR is suitable for loose laid under ballast or mechanical fastening. INOFIN FR-V INOFIN FR-V is equipped with a high-quality polyester fleece on the underside. In combination with the adhesive for roofing membranes Teroson TK 400 it offers an excellent adhesion to the substrate and therefore more security of the complete system structure. It has a fabric-free edge for accurate and homogenous welding of one strip to the next. Sealing without penetration due to a bonded layer structure INOFIN FR-V is approved for adhesive bonding (bonding with strips of adhesive for roofing membranes Teroson TK 400, fully bonded with Teroson 3958) and can be loose laid under ballast. INOFIN SYSTEM ACCESSORIES Sealing with FPO membranes often poses a challenge for roofers in case of details. With the accessories especially developed for the INOFIN roofing membranes the work on site is much easier and safer. INOFIN Pipe insert, flexible: the pre-stretched INOFIN F stripe provides a fast and simple edging of round passages. INOFIN Pipe Insert, 50 mm: Included in the scope of delivery is a suitable shrink hose for a secure connection to the passages. Details can be carried out quickly and easily with INOFIN accessories WITEC Rail KF: The rail offers a simple and fast valley fixation with INOFIN roofing membranes. 3
