2 Corporate Profile HiQual started operations in 1978 in a small Winnipeg shop focusing on the manufacturing of livestock handling equipment. By working together closely with our dealers and customers, the product line has been constantly expanded and updated to include numerous patented items that have been highly sought after. Over time we expanded our product line to include Fabric Covered Steel Frame Buildings and have become a leader in this product line. Our buildings are designed with the latest modern technologies that are available to maximize the strength and durability of a balanced framework. Our research and development team apply standard techniques to bring our buildings to a physical failure point to ensure their performance in the field. We use outside engineering firms to assist and qualify our designs and performance during these tests. HiQual Powder Coating All HiQual products are finished with our distinctive HiQual Brown Powder Paint. This finish and color have become well known in the industry for its long lasting quality which provides a glass-like, non-abrasive, smooth finish to prevent any premature wear in the fabric cover. HiQual has partnered with one of the leading paint suppliers in the industry to develop and continually refine the HiQual Brown Powder Paint and its application process. By starting with selecting only quality steel, coupled with a multistage wash and cleaning system - we ensure that the surface is ready to accept the HiQual Powder Paint. The products are all baked at 450 degrees, resulting in an extremely durable corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant finish that will stand the test of time in the field. 2

Reducing endwall flapping in the wind dramatically reduces endwall fabric wear. This reduction is achieved with sewn-in D-rings, double stiched on the membrane fabric and attached at multiple points to steel horizontal supports with canvas lacing. Double Cross Purlin Design HiQual Purlins are manufactured with heavy wall steel tubing. All purlins in the truss design are multiplied together to form a crossover connection between each truss. This configuration discourages the truss to twist in high wind or snow load conditions, and allows each bay to perform at maximum strength. Heel Plates Truss end heel plates are made of heavy steel, minimizing twisting and failure in accute weather situations. Heel plates offer a unique bolt-on assembly, creating a simple time saving erection procedure. ENGINEERED TO LAST 7
