Thanks to the extensive range of solid colours with a matt finish, Ornimat façade panels provide an answer to suit everyone s taste. Classic or modern. The panels are cut to size before being finished. The edges of the panels are machine-coloured with the same high-quality two-component UVresistant polyurethane paint as the front side, for a beautiful, uniform effect. You can choose your ideal colour out of our ranges of Essentials, Elements and Inspiration. The Inspiration range bundles almost every RAL or NCS colour from 50 m² onwards. SVK lets the Ornimat façade panels, made only from the very best raw materials, harden naturally in drying rooms. This gradual drying process ensures extra-strong panels that have a low susceptibility to cracks and are slightly elastic. All power to your imagination! The creative possibilities of this façade panel are inexhaustible. Not only because of the practically endless colour choice and combinations, but also due to the play of shapes and possible perforations. It is not a standard product, but entirely customised. The façade panels are cut according to the dimensions and specifications provided: sloping, curved, with or without pre-drilled holes. The edges are coloured at the same time as the panel so that a ready-made product leaves the factory. It can be installed immediately without extra cutting or manual work. If you wish, we can also deliver the cut-to-size panels at the construction site, divided between pallets according to your wishes. INSTALLATION Installation according to your wishes Through the years, SVK has developed a variety of methods for fixing façade panels.

Visible fixing SCREWS All SVK façade panels can be attached with screws to the support structure. For this we use façade panel screws with a coated round head.

However, they must not be placed too tightly, so that some adjustment of the panels is still possible.

This consists of a double-sided, self-adhesive strip and durable elastic glue. RIVETING All SVK façade panels can be attached to metal support structures using rivets.

15 INSTALLATION Installation according to your wishes Through the years, SVK has developed a variety of methods for fixing façade panels. Each of these techniques guarantees a durable result. Moreover, both visible and invisible fixing are possible with the standard panel thickness of 8 mm. Once again a unique strength of SVK. Invisible fixing For an extra-smooth façade finish or cladding without visible fastening points, opt for concealed fastening for the façade panels. Visible fixing SCREWS All SVK façade panels can be attached with screws to the support structure. For this we use façade panel screws with a coated round head. These are placed perpendicularly in the middle of the predrilled screw holes. However, they must not be placed too tightly, so that some adjustment of the panels is still possible. GLUING SVK façade panels are glued with a gluing system that remains elastic and is specially designed for façade panels. This consists of a double-sided, self-adhesive strip and durable elastic glue. RIVETING All SVK façade panels can be attached to metal support structures using rivets. Screws and rivets are available in the same colour as the façade panel. MECHANICAL FASTENING ON 8 MM FAÇADE PANELS Due to the strength of our panel, you can also use SVK 8 mm façade panels with concealed mechanical fasteners (with Ornimat, Decoboard and Puro Plus). Holes are milled to size on the back side of the façade panels. Panel hooks are attached in these with a tension-free anchor (consisting of a sleeve and a six-sided fastener head). The façade panels are then installed on the support structure using these panel hooks. The result looks stylish and exceptionally smooth
