A waiver of inspection requirements is available until one month before thawing conditions are expected to result in a discharge if all of the following conditions are met: the project is located in an area where frozen conditions are anticipated to continue for extended periods of time (i.e., more than one month); land disturbance activities have been suspended; and the beginning and ending dates of the waiver period are documented in the SWP3. Once a definable area has been fully stabilized, you may mark this on your SWP3 and no further inspection requirements apply to that portion of the site. Minimum Standard, item 20 (Inspections): Inserted a new item C.
