2 Simplifying Fireplace Chamber Installation Offering the perfect backdrop for a wood burning stove, our pre-fabricated fireplace chamber lining panels are beautiful in appearance, quick and cost effective to install. The opportunity to install a real brick surround on the same day as your wood burning stove. Panels are specifically engineered for fire place openings and consist of real cut brick slips fixed to a Class 0 fire resistance rated backing board. Each panel is pre-pointed with a cement based mortar ready for installation in conjunction with the wood burning stove. A thickness of only 30mm-35mm, in the majority of installations where space is a valuable commodity, our panels help meet the minimum free space requirements for installation of the wood burning stove. A full chamber set consists of 1 x back panel and 2 x side panels, available in 3 bonding pattern options. A back panel can be replaced by 2 side panels to facilitate ease of installation, if required. Fixing to be undertaken by a competent person only and in accordance with the instructions supplied. Each panel is hand made adopting real cut brick and therefore subject to minor variations in texture, colour and tolerances. Panels of all bonding patterns are available in a selection of brick types.

Standard Panels and Bonding Patterns Panels are available in standard sizes and offered in 3 bonding patterns, Stretcher Bond, Basket Weave and Herringbone pattern.

All panels are supplied pre-mortared. A small bag of matching dry mix mortar is also provided to fill in any exposed fixing points and gaps between adjacent panels.

3 Standard Panels and Bonding Patterns Panels are available in standard sizes and offered in 3 bonding patterns, Stretcher Bond, Basket Weave and Herringbone pattern. Panels can be easily cut down on site during installation to accommodate specific chamber dimensions. A cutting guide is provided with each fireplace chamber set. All panels are supplied pre-mortared. A small bag of matching dry mix mortar is also provided to fill in any exposed fixing points and gaps between adjacent panels. Mortar Colours We generally choose the colour of mortar we feel is a good match for a particular brick type. If you have a preference on the colour we can accommodate any request from the above options available.
