The Estimator for this project will determine the correct quantities for this project as allowed by the scaled drawings, the notation of the product and application of the same, and also as determined by the software used. This is not a manual take off. The final quantities, products, prices and other information will be determined by the salesman and project owner/developer prior to purchase. Should there be any final changes, please note these changes on the original and re-file with the estimating department. If the information requested is unknown, please leave blank and the estimate will provide a placeholder name for the material in question. The quantities should be the same for the eventual choice. This list is only to assure a concise transition between the estimate and final shipment. The signatures below only signify that a review of this spec sheet has been done by the responsible parties. Because the ideal chain of events is to flow from a takeoff/estimate to a purchase/shipping order, it is imperative that the contained herein be correct. 7 Items missed or not included, or included improperly either by product, quantities or both, do not represent any obligation for Garris Evans to be held financially responsible for the correct product assessment and/or delivery of the product. It is the responsibility of all parties to work together in the best interest of the project and record all products and quantities to the best of their ability. Spec Sheets filled out by Owners/Salesmen will be re-entered as a Word document and be in Bold lettering. Items not filled out previously will be included by the Estimator and resubmitted to clarify take offs and Estimates. Edits or recommendations from all Parties is encouraged. This Department can also make the Spec Sheet Builder-Salesman specific to only include the most common items for individual customers.
