14 Coventry Oak Elementary Work Completed to Date: Classroom and office casework installation completed. Steel canopies and interior detail work nearly completed. Interior soffit framing and drywall installation and painting continued. Interior finishes (painting, terrazzo marker boards / tack boards & ceilings) ongoing. Gym floor installed and painted and bleachers are installed. Mechanical, plumbing & electrical continues. Plumbing & light fixture installation ongoing. Current Work Effort (June): Mechanical, plumbing will complete, electrical will continue. Interior drywall, painting, VCT/rubber flooring, ceramic tile, gym wall pads and ceiling grid/pads, doors/hardware will complete. Final grading, asphalt, CMU and brick masonry, exterior doors and metal roof. Brick masonry will complete. Landscaping installation will complete.

19 New High at Winchester Road Work Completed to Date: Storm sewer, sanitary sewer and fire service continued. Grading at the parking lot on the west side and at the football field and tennis courts began. Brick was completed in Area B and began in Areas A, D, E1 & E2. Work on miscellaneous non-loadbearing walls continued throughout the building. Steel roof joists and deck were completed in Area E2 and steel columns and beams were set in the Main Lobby. Metal stud walls and parapets at the cafeteria were completed and metal stud framing in Area B continued. Drywall began in Area C. Roofing dry-ins were completed in Area A and Area E2, and began in Area E1. Air barrier application continued. Metal panels continued in Area C & E4. Type X storefront was installed. Electrical wall rough-ins continued in all areas. Overhead conduits, cable tray work, & panel tub mounting continued. Temporary power and lighting continued. Electrical work completed under west parking lot. Site lighting underground conduits began. Mechanical insulation, ductwork, plumbing and HVAC rough-ins will continue. Roof leaders and overflow in Main Gym were completed.

20 New High at Winchester Road Current Work Effort (June): Site utilities installation will continue. Grading will be near complete at the west and south parking lots, dense grade to begin. Foundations will be completed at the Bathrooms / Concessions. Concrete slab preparation will continue in the Auditorium and begin in the Cafeteria. Bearing walls will be completed in the Auditorium and Fieldhouse. Brick will continue in Area A. Steel joist/deck will be completed in Area E1. Roofing Dry-ins will move to Area D. Metal Panels will be completed in Area C & move to Area E4. Windows will begin installation in Area C. Air Barrier will continue as required. Electrical wall rough-ins will continue in all areas. Overhead conduits, & panel tub mounting will continue. Cable tray work in Area E1 will be completed. Temporary power and lighting will continue as required. Ductwork rough-ins will be completed on 2 nd floor of Area B and mechanical insulation will continue. Area A plumbing rough-ins will continue on the 2 nd floor. Plumbing, HVAC, mechanical room hydronic piping and mechanical insulation will continue in Areas E3 & E4. Main Gym duct installation will be completed.
